Georgetown Casita ♥ Quiet, Amazing Views & Close to Everything!

Such a great experience. Nice clean place, well appointed and stocked with all we needed. HEB grocery store is 5mins away and downtown has many shops and dinning options. Matt was very attentive and great to work with. We are very particular and place met our expectations. We’ll be back.

Loved this place! The home is adorable in a nice neighborhood. I enjoyed coffee with the deer in the morning. It had all the right amenities. We stayed for a music festival that was about 5-10 minutes away. There were plenty of food options nearby. I wish we would’ve had time for the fresh eggs for purchase. Owner was quick with communication. I would definitely recommend.

This is a perfect Casita to stop life to appreciate scenery and relax but most importantly share it with your love 💕

The host Matt, was ready, willing and able to help during our visit and accommodated any special needs. The accommodations were wonderful, clean, comfortable and had many of the extra touches to make your stay feel like a second home. The view of Hill country was especially beautiful. Providing corn to feed the numerous deer that visited in the morning was an extra special touch. We plan to visit again with our next trip to Georgetown to visit with our family.

This was a very nice casita. It was beautiful inside and out. Everything was organized so well. The beds and living room furniture were very comfy! I enjoyed feeding the deer. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Highly recommend!!!

Really great place to stay, my mom and I were there for a convention, and it felt incredibly homey and really close to all the important parts of Georgetown, but also still had a relaxing environment!Really clean, instructions were very clear, would definitely recommend.

Quick trip to Texas to pick up a custom hat from Nathaniel's Hats in downtown Georgetown. Quiet neighborhood, great views from the patio. Very clean and comfortable home. Would definitely book here again.

This was an amazing stay. Honestly, probably one of my favorite locations ive ever stayed. Thank you to Matt for all the clear instructions and guide on what to do in the area. My husband and I loved it so much we may want to move here!

Lovely hosts. Perfectly appointed with a very comfortable bed. Quiet outside of downtown with a country setting. Unexpected heat wave before spring cleaning so unable to use ceiling fans without creating dust. Small inconvenience as HVAC is quiet and efficient. We stayed a week and felt as comfortable as being in our own home. Will definitely stay again when in Georgetown.

This might be the best VRBO we have stayed in. It was very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen and bathroom are great. We loved the view out the back! We would highly recommend this place!

The Casita was just right for day trips into Austin. I use a wheelchair and had only one real difficulty and that was getting into the bed. As most new beds are these days it was to high, but I found the couch very comfortable.

We came down for Southwestern’s homecoming weekend and decided to stay here versus a hotel. This cute 1 bedroom has all the amenities you need for a lovely stay that is about a 10 minute drive to town but far enough out to be in the country. Wish we could have stayed longer to really enjoy more time here.

Great place. Had trouble locating initially. GPS took me to address across the street. Dark road. Had to locate by picture but found it!!

This little home has everything you need and is absolutely beautiful inside! The property that it sits on is just as beautiful with the wildlife the trees, the plants the property itself. Sitting out on the patio, listening to music and just enjoying the time is one of my favorite things to do. I’m a repeat customer of this families property and I will be for a long time!
