Property is very charming and very clean. Walking distance to restaurants and activities. It was a perfect location for our girls trip. Beach access was just a short walk and the views were beautiful. I would definitely recommend!

The house is beautifully done and clean. The grounds well maintained, and the street is in a quiet part of town. We loved our stay and will look up Bob again for future visits! Bring bug spray since you are near water.

Nice house and good location to the strip, but ants were all through the house the whole time we were there. Also, clarification that there was one AC window unit in the house so fans were needed to be used the whole time in other rooms. Will need to bring your own paper products if planning to be there more than 2-3 days.

We enjoyed our stay and celebrating the 4th of July at Geneva on the Lake. Great home and great community.

The property was nice and clean. We enjoyed it! The only rec would be more information about the parking situation. We had a lot of cars in our party and not a lot of space to park as you can't park along the railroad ties.

This place was just enough away from GOTL, but still within walking distance. The host had great communication. Will stay again.

Very easy check-in and great communication with the host. Beds were comfortable and plenty of seating when eating. Towels and sheets were very clean and plenty of extras. Kitchen has very few utensils for cooking, no cookie sheets, no serving bowls or Tupperware for leftovers, and no stock pots. Full set of silverware and plates though. Back porch is beautiful and comfy. Spent a lot of time out back. Overall great stay, location and privacy.

We enjoyed the house while staying there with two families and small kids between 3 y.o. And 9y.o. The kids enjoyed the backyard and the swings a lot! The deck is beautiful and spacious. We were able to walk to the ice cream parlour and all the fun places on the main street. The house had everything for our needs! It was easy to check in and check out.

Very large outdoor area and deck for sunny days, and Interior was much bigger than expected for not so sunny days

We had a nice time. The property was just as pictured and as described. Host was helpful and we had a good time. It was raining so we didn’t spend much time on the porch or have a fire pit but did enjoy shopping and hanging out

The house was absolutely perfect, very clean, and very close to the strip. It sits at the end of a private drive which makes parking nice. The hosts provided plenty of towels and toiletries which was greatly appreciated. It’s within walking distance to all the activities but secluded enough that the noise from the strip is not an issue. The host was very thorough with information and check in/check out process. I would highly recommend!

My mom, sisters and I enjoyed our long weekend at Geneva-On-The-Lake. This little house provided us with everything we needed for our stay. The cute decor, comfy living room furniture and updated kitchen were added bonuses. I would feel confident booking a stay here again!

House was very cute and had the cottage feel! Close proximity to the Geneva on the lake strip and the lake.

The picture on the listing is totally deceiving! It shows water in the backyard with the patio going to it. No such water!! No such patio exit! The wayer was on the opposite side of the road going through what appears to be someones lawn. We tried to enjoy the yard and threes around it....full of ticks jumping onto us and bees, maybe wasps. We had bug spray on us, but to no avail, we could see them jumping!!

We stayed for a Bachelorette party weekend and we had a great time! The house was very nice and clean, the neighborhood was very nice and the short walk to the beach was cool! Communication with the owner was fast and easy.
