This was one of the best properties we've ever stayed at! Perfect walking distance to town, Great location and the house was AMAZING. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 kids. We have never been at a more well equipped property for families! Incredible job and we will be back!

Great location in Upper Sedona—an easy walk to 89A. There’s a large 2 car garage. The main house has 3 large bedrooms. The casita has 2. All very clean and nicely decorated. We loved it!!Be aware that it gets dark quickly after sunset and Sedona is a dark sky area so there are no street lights. Best to arrive in the daytime!!

Great space! Layout was great for us as we traveled with friends and had our own space. Great common areas for meals and conversation. Location was perfect for walking and day trips.

The location was fabulous. We could walk to town in less than five minutes. We could easily split up so some could bike or kayak using the car and others could walk nearby or find a close meal. The house was very comfortable.

The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. The location was excellent. We walked to a trailhead and loved being able to walk to lots of delicious restaurants. The gas outdoor fireplace was fun and the neighborhood was quiet, even with how close it was to the main strip. Would stay here again.

The location can’t be beat! The size of the house and Cassita next to it were perfect for me and my husband and our daughter’s whole family. The cleanliness of the property was amazing! Even had all the essentials you need for your stay.

The property is very clean. Stocked up with kitchen essentials, showers all have shampoo and body wash, plenty of towels, and blankets. Great location - walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to be back

Great property, great location. Only negative is construction currently going on behind the house on another house. The noise impacted our ability to enjoy the outside table/chairs but is probably beyond the control of the owners/managers of this property. House is nicely furnished and kitchen is well stocked.Liked being able to pull car into the garage. TV required a pin that we didn’t have so we weren’t able to access our streaming accounts, but neither did we try to contact anyone to get it. The book(s) with all the house info should be updated to reflect this however because what is described in the book is not what is currently happening on the TV. All in all a great week.

This property had everything we needed and the location was perfect. The house is beautiful and well appointed. The only complaint was the coffee maker; it took 45 minutes to brew an 8 cup pot. We highly recommend this rental property!

My family of five loved staying here! Being able to walk to uptown SO EASILY was amazing! Couldn’t believe how close this home is to Main St. I am beyond picky about hotels and vacation rentals especially when it comes to cleanliness and I must say—this home is immaculately clean! It was so easy for us to feel comfortable here. This house is also incredibly thoughtfully outfitted—they had everything a family could possibly need—even a baby bath and step stools! Our compliments to the hosts—we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only downside is the lack of views, but when we are so close to Uptown Sedona it was no problem to just walk to a more scenic area if we wanted to.

We have a lovely stay here! It's walking distance to downtown, while still in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the whole home was very clean. We had a great stay!

Beautiful property walking distances to all downtown attractions. It looked just like the images from the listing and was extremely clean. It was perfect to park and not have yo deal with the Sedona traffic.

Loved the location of this house. Quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of uptown commercial area. The house itself was spotless, well stocked and comfortable. Would rebook if in Sedona again.

Great location, perfect for two couples, clean and well stocked!

We loved this location in early February (off-peak season) as it was a short walk to places to eat and browse the shops. We had a rental car and easily navigated to many gorgeous hikes. We would stay again!

This was a 5 sisters get away to help one sister who just lost her husband. We relaxed, talked, ate, drink wine and surrounded her with love. In doing so, we found out we all needed this time together and this home facilitated that. Clean, bright, roomy, great kitchen and well stocked, fire pit outside, nice neighborhood to walk in. We talked nonstop for 4 days. Highly recommend

Clean and comfortable property in great location.

The house was very clean. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The owners thought of everything. The kitchen was well stocked. My wife and I didn’t have kids with us this trip or even kids the age of the bedroom that was set up for kids, but they thought to have books and toys for any small travelers. The rental was close to the Uptown Sedona area. We walked numerous times from the house to uptown. It was great to have access to the garage to park our rental car. The only complaint I would have is the second bathroom shower drained slowly. Would stay again if I came to Sedona again.

We enjoyed the location of the property and ability to easily walk around Uptown. Plenty of room for our family and everything was clean and well taken care of. Would certainly recommend!

We enjoyed staying at this rental. The house was clean and well equipped with anything you could possibly need- especially for children. I did reach out to the property manager upon booking to ask if they had a pack-n-play or crib to use, but never got a response (however, I never asked after the initial booking and just brought my own) the house does have a pack-n-play. The only negative was when the property managers or someone caring for the property showed up unannounced while we were at the home. They opened the garage and shut the garage which is accessible to guests to use (our rental car was in the garage at the time). It was a little unsettling and their arrival should have been communicated prior to arrival AND/OR communicated at arrival, but never was. I would stay at this property again in the future regardless. It is in a safe area and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

This property was perfect for our group of two couples and a 2 year old. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Plentiful linens and toiletries. Lots of thought in making the space kid friendly with a PackNPlay, stroller, step stool and toys. Great location walkable to Uptown shops and restaurants.

The home was recently remodeled and very clean. The location was central and close to most shops and restaurants in Sedona. The neighborhood location was not good. In front are two store apartments, behind are two story homes looking down on your very small sitting area. This is also across from one of the bus stop locations with noise and dogs barking in morning hours. Be aware.
