This Oceans10 Rental house is on 12' stilts, 1 block from ocean, approximately 2-minute walk to beach! You can see ocean from front yard! House is privately owned and within walking distance to the nearby oceanfront Conch Café restaurant. Our rental house has three porches (two in front and one in back), private pool, 4 large bedrooms (2 master suites), 4.5 full baths (3 upstairs and 1.5 downstairs). Covered 4-car parking garage under house. Hardwood floors in den, dining and kitchen areas. 2600 heated square feet, 2800 total square feet. Lot size is approx. 5550 square feet. Rooms are painted in 'Beachy' Bermuda colors. furniture, appliances, decor, pool, everything in home is new or recent! Color cable tv in every room. Very clean, Spacious, had everything we needed for our family vacation. Conveniently located near the beach and also very close to stores. Mr. Hines made the process a breeze and even stopped by by to clean the pool ! Which I really appreciated since my kids were at the pool the whole time the pool needed shock and Mr. Hines came by and cleaned it for us. Will definitely be booking again next time .
This house has lots of space. The location is great. Pool was a nice feature to have. Neighbors were no trouble. The furniture is very dated - Not comfortable. The carpet could use some cleaning and maybe updating. The back yard needed mowing. The dryer would not dry the clothes. Called the owner and he was out of town and said we could use the laundry mat down the road. Several lights were out in the rental. Also, he has a window in the master bedroom that is leaking bad when it rains. Had to put towels down and hang them to dry. It just seemed to be a lot of issues for the amount that we paid for the house.
The house was perfect for our family. Great location and very close to the beach. I would definitely recommend this property and stay again as well!!

awesome property set up well steps from beach close to awesome resteraunts and night life.....Stewart took care of us with any of questions or concerns and even personally visited us to make sure any of our issues were taken care..5 star property management...I would reccommend this property to any of my friends or family.
Our stay was okay. The owner was highly responsive so I appreciate that however I vastly overestimated the state of this property. I debated leaving a review because the person replying to posts that contain constructive feedback tends to be aggressive and confrontational however I think it’s worth informing another family so they don’t find themselves in the same situation we did. The first thing that should really be addressed is the carpeting. The property owner mentioned several times that the carpet is changed frequently however it was in such bad shape that I didn’t want my kids playing on the ground or walking around without shoes. The futons throughout the house are in such poor shape that I wished we had blankets we could wash to cover them before using them. The outdoor spaces were not well maintained with the front deck space actually leaning and the back deck space only half painted with some random screws and nails exposed. The pool turned green halfway through the week and we hadn’t even gotten in yet. We own a pool so I am aware of generally what the maintenance and chemical state of this pool must’ve been to have turned that quickly. Other than that several blinds were broken (the owner said he was aware), part of the refrigerator shelving was broken, (owner said he was aware), closet doors were off hinges or would not stay on track (owner was aware), and property lacked just a couple very basic things (can opener, ice cube trays). The property was sufficient and housed us for the week. We are not picky renters but I was legitimately disappointed that I changed rental locations for this one.
Great location. Less than a block to the beach access. Owner was very pet friendly and the fenced yard is great for the dogs. Property is clean. But it is a pet friendly property and it shows. Some stains on the carpets. The furniture isnt the most comfy and outdated. But, you cant beat the value for the location, pool, and femnced yard. We would definately visit again.
Our family flew in from all parts to meet up for the holiday week. The house was perfect and Stewart the owner was very helpful. Location was great and we look forward to returning next year.
We stayed at 126A Woodland this past week for our family vacation and it was perfect! The house is spacious and comfy, very well kept! Short, easy walk to the beach access. Mr Hines was very responsive with any questions and a great host! We thank you for sharing your beautiful home! Highly recommended!!
We loved the house location , pool and backyard was great. Did see some dead bugs and live ones. The house needs a good cleaning, the front door really needs a good cleaning, toaster doesn’t work. Just a few things but all in all we would stay again. We didn’t bother The owner about these things because they wasn’t bad at bough to. This WV crew had a great vacation .
