Stayed Jan 29, 2026Decent stay. The home is beautiful, with plenty of amenities to enjoy. Everything was clean and nice. Communication was quick and great until the snow hit. No communication about the weather, no preparation (like salt put down before arrival or in storage, snow shovels, etc.). We asked for additional assistance and nothing was given. They told us shovels were present but they were garden shovels that did not do much. I thank god for the men in our group who did what needed to be done to get us off that mountain. So be wary, when it snows you will be stuck because there is nothing to help you.

Stayed Dec 27, 2025Excellent stay but wished we had more than one night! Kids had a great time in the pool and the game room. Plenty of room. Wonderful to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms!! Hard to find at night due to GPS issues and narrow winding mountain roads.

Stayed Oct 6, 2025Our day at this Gatlinburg home was absolutely wonderful! The property was exactly as described and looked just like the photos, spotlessly clean, spacious and beautifully maintained. The beds were large and very comfortable, and there was plenty to keep both adults and kids entertained with the pool, hot tub, gaming equipment, movie room, and board games. We especially loved the multiple decks with peaceful, scenic views of the surrounding foliage. It was the perfect spot to relax. The location was ideal, set on a quiet private road just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. As a bonus, we even saw bears right on our street! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 17, 2025The property was everything advertised. It is furnished very well and our family really enjoyed the pool, game room and theatre. The only negative is the one lane road leading to the home. We will stay here again.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025We absolutely loved this property. My grandchildren and great grandson loved the game room and pool. We all enjoyed the hot tub and we even got to see some wildlife. We loved how we had access to downtown and wasn't far from attractions. We would definitely book again when visiting the area.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Upon entering were greated with a pleasant pine smell of a beautiful roomy cabin. It was very clean and liked the boxes with soap etc in every bathroom and the kitchen. Also liked all the amenities including the pool, hot tub and fun games. We couldn't get the VR working to get us out of the initial room but maybe we aren't tech savy enough. Didn’t matter as we had fun with everything else and going hiking in the park and going to stores and activities in town. Great place for a 5 day get away with the family!!
