Gather here! 10 Bedrooms, ALL with private half baths!

Being that the property is all one level with no steps makes it a great place for elderly and people with mobility issues.A great place to stay!

Fabulous set-up for our group of 15. We were able to relax and enjoy conversation with siblings and cousins. We were in Walker for a cousins reunion (group of 30 people) held our cousins’s home on Leech Lake. Three years ago we all stayed in hotels which made it difficult to connect with other family members. We all were pleased with this gem.

Very beautiful spacious clean house for our family of 12. So many bathrooms was a bonus!! Plenty of table space for eating and games. It was the perfect place for us!!

We had the most wonderful family gathering at this beautiful place. The accommodations were very comfortable. The game room was a big hit with the kids! The hosts went above and beyond to help us when needed. Our family experienced many special moments and memories. Our grandchildren still continue to talk about the fun we had at the “Big House.” We all highly recommend it!

This was a lovely large rental, big enough for our group of 20, with lots of activities in the house and in the community.

It was a perfect place for all of us to stay. We’ll be back!

For our annual girls trip we decided to stay in Walker. Seven women,ages 65 plus, had a wonderful stay. Individual rooms with a half bath each, a large living and dining area were all great. The stove/oven and dishwasher could use some updating. Otherwise the kitchen had everything we needed.

Very nice property & great size for our group of 14. we had 13 motorcycles & had plenty of room for off street parking which is great. Our group does a trip every summer & this property might be our first repeat location.

We had a group of 14 which gathered in Walker, MN to stay at this very spacious, quiet location. The house is as advertised with a lot of space and many bedrooms with various types of beds and all with their own bathroom (toilet and sink). There are two shower rooms (with a sink and toilet as well) and they worked out well for all of us and Ron and Melanie (our hosts) even provided shampoos and body wash :). The house is located a few blocks from Leech Lake so don't expect to be right on the lake, but it is close enough to see the lake from the street where the house is located (the house is up on a hill by the two water towers in Walker). Our hosts were great to work with as Melanie answered all of my questions leading up to our stay as well as some that came up after we checked in. The kitchen and dining room is very spacious and the whole house was comfortable with a large yard for us to play some outdoor games. The house was very clean and has a great game room set up in the garage with various mats and chairs available for use. There is a cool player piano in the house as well, but it is not in tune, but that was not a major factor in our stay as we all loved the home. I just mention it for those families that like to sing around a piano (as we do). We loved staying at this property! It was clean and neat and well organized. The perfect location for a large group, and we especially appreciated the half bath in each room. The shared shower never was a problem, it actually worked out perfectly! They provided the most delicious coffee beans that they roast themselves, which to me, was a real treat! I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a group gathering space. They even have extra tables and chairs located in a fun game room! Plus many other extras. We hope to return someday in the future!
