The house was great and we liked that it was close, but not too close, to the strip. The neighborhood around had lots to offer. Great place!

We had a great time at this beautiful home. It’s in a nice neighborhood and the house is spacious and super comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed, including coffee! The host had the perfect level of communication: lots of info before we arrived, left us alone while we were there, reminded us of check-out protocols on our last day. Would absolutely stay here again, five stars!

We rented this house for a business trip. It is a spacy and cozy house. Fully- Equipped w all you need! Highly recommend!

What an incredible property that was perfect for us. We spent an entire week in this spacious clean dwelling with all the comforts of home. The backyard was perfect with the pool, grill, umbrella and everything you will need for an awesome stay! This house was so clean we were compelled to protect it like it was our own! Everything was great! House isn’t in the nicest area but was so much better than staying on the strip. Host was super friendly and easy to work with!

My family loved staying here! It's a beautiful clean home with plenty of space, nice pool and fun amenities that kept the kids and adults entertained (foosball table, air hockey, corn hole toss) and of course the pool. We recommend staying here as we won't hesitate to book this again for our next Vegas stay. Super easy check-in. (Got message day before we arrived with details) It's close to downtown Vegas and we never felt like we were too far away. Here's more highlights: Kitchen was well equipped (nice pots and pans, plates, silverware, gas stove, large fridge) Pool - not heated but was still a blast. (We visited in early April) Games - Tic Tac Toe, theboard game Sorry, Dominoes, corn hole toss, air hockey, foosball Unexpected Nice Things: Garage to park and store stuff, charcoal grill in back (supply your own charcoal), welcome cookies from our host, nightstand tables with USB chargers in each of the bedrooms, large master bedroom closet Pro Tips: There are 2 thermostats (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). Set the one downstairs for the house temp as that's the one that activated the AC.

It was an amazing stay so cozy and clean felt like we where at home it was with it I would definitely recommend and stay here at this aribnb again me and my family loved it.
