It is in the middle of SanDestin close to every thing. Minutes from beach. Highly recommend. Publix is near the 3 porches are wonderful for jus t hanging out even if rain. Don't think about it. Just book it and have fun

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this home, the view of the bay, the golf cart and easy access to Baytowne and the pool, etc. We especially enjoyed the screened porch with our 3 year old grandson. The only suggestion I would make to New Haven rentals is not to contact guests during the stay unnecessarily. We received some type of call regarding a windshield repair on the golf cart when nothing was wrong with it? Even if there had been a needed repair, these should be handled between guest check ins and check outs. However, this would not hinder us from renting this home again, but maybe not in July(?), as the beach access was extremely crowded & that is why I am giving an overall 4 star rating. Again, the home was clean and comfortable and we loved being within walking distance to the pool!

Stayed May 23, 2024Everything was good, had issue with tv but reconciled in timely manner. Only thing missing was salt and pepper and a flipper spatula. The porch is the bomb!!! Will rent this property again.

Stayed Dec 26, 2023We had issues the first day getting signed into the WiFi. The information on the app was incorrect. We also had some difficulty and delay in getting assistance with the WiFi issue. The house is perfect for family. We brought elderly parents with us and it was nice to have master suites on both the first and second floor. Plenty of space to be comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook meals. The furniture is a little old in the living room and the carpet in the house is worn. The location is great. A short ride to Baytowne Wharf and Publix. Love having the golf cart! Overall we had a great trip and would stay here again!

Stayed Jun 10, 2023My family and I really enjoyed staying at this property. It had everything you needed!! When they say all you need to bring is Sunscreen and Beach Towels, that’s all you need. Everything else is provided! We will be staying again!

Stayed Sep 1, 2022The space in this house was perfect for our family. Grandparents had privacy upstairs and the 2 bedrooms downstairs were comfortable for the rest of us. We could walk to pool and take green golf cart to the beach and Baytown. We had a great time would stay again.
