The Space:

Welcome to our property!

Please read our policies before booking. They answer most of the questions our guests have and provide important information regarding our properties. Please note that this homes furnishing may be slightly different than pictured, as furnishings are updated at the property.



This 3 B/R home is located in a quiet neighborhood within the Ocotillo community. The home has been recently furnished and upgraded. It features a backyard with golf course and lake views, heated swimming pool (HEATING OPTIONAL), and BBQ grill. The home is perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway, a week vacation, or a month long stay. This listing is for the entire home including the backyard on the golf course with heated pool (OPTIONAL), gas barbecue, and lounge areas. The views of the Ocotillo golf course and lakes are tranquil and breath-taking. The home is 2250 square feet with high vaulted ceilings, a large kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances.

COMMON AREAS:

Kitchen, dining room, living room and family room. A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.



(Children supplies such as highchair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $3 per day per item, plus a $20 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)



PARKING:

There is off-street parking available for up to 4 cars (2 garaged).

POOL (HEATING OPTIONAL):

The swimming pool (heating optional) is not normally heated and time to get up to temperature can vary with the weather as well as other guest stays (may take up to 24-36 hours). Please let us know at booking time if you are interested in the heated pool (winter months) option. Guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee ($50/night - 1 week minimum plus tax and fees) added on to your reservation cost.

PETS:

***Please let us know if you have pets as dogs only are welcome to stay here there is a limit of 3 dogs. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.



*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a startup supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned, you may need to purchase some of these items.



When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.



LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events.



If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.



Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).



OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

*Pool Heating Optional with fee

*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed.

*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.

*Service Vendors (pool, landscape, pest control, etc.) have access the grounds and service may occur during your stay.

USING THIS PROPERTY FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES ARE PROHIBITED:

- Any nonresidential use;

- Holding a special event that requires a permit or license pursuant to a city or town ordinance or state law or rule;

- Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet hall or similar use;

- Housing sex offenders;

- Operating or maintaining a sober living home;

- Selling liquor, illegal drugs or pornography;

- Operating a nude or topless dancing;

- Obscenity;

- Adult-oriented business; or

- Other uses prohibited by A.R.S. 9-500.39



Disclaimers

As part of the check-in process, you are required to complete a guest registration form. This form will ask for personal details such as your name, contact information, and any special requests. The form must be submitted prior to receiving check-in instructions. By submitting the form, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our rental policies and applicable laws.



The house is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $250 fine. Guests are responsible for picking up any exterior waste they create including evidence of smoking. Additional cleaning fees may be charged. Evidence of Marijuana left in the home will also result in a $250 fine.



This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $400, the tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.

The Neighborhood:

Amanda’s home is located in Chandler, Arizona, United States.

This is a very quiet neighborhood in the Ocotillo area. Multiple grocery stores are within five to ten minutes driving, and numerous restaurants are nearby.



Getting Around:

We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus.

Feel free to ask about distances, and I`ll let you know average drive times.

    The area was great. Nice house, but needed some updating. The keyless entry was a little difficult which was frustrating getting into the house. Especially when we arrived in the dark, late at night. Communication with the host was great.

    This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and we absolutely love it!! The house is perfect and clean. The pool maintenance guy is also the same one as last time and we had a nice conversation with him! This is our go to home in Arizona!!! We are already planning our next visit!

    Lovely spacious house. A wonderful view of tbe golf course and lake. And the pool was very nice. The location is convenient to stores, restaurants, and our family. We hope to stay there again in the future.
