Gated Home Near Beaches/Newport w/ Massive open Living/Gourmet Kitchen, 12 beds

Host was very responsive even before our stay! Everything was very clean and in good working condition. The house was well stocked with kitchen necessities and the pantry was great for storing all the food we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving! 2 refrigerators and a beverage cooler was also much appreciated. There were 16 of us and there was plenty of room to enjoy family games, electronic pursuits and even reading! The fenced in yard was a special trest for our 2 dog's! We highly recommend this property.

House is nice but needs repairs, you can tell it is an income property, communication with host was good, house was clean. Hole in kitchen ceiling? Huge box on front porch that looks like it has been there for awhile, plumbing issues, other equipment issues.NO HOT TUB as listed on property description

This is an older home with a strange addition. Very roomy with beds for 18. They emphasized the need for noise control after dusk, and since this is an obvious party house, I can understand. It was clean and comfortable, but not very luxurious for the price. There were no lamps, even in the bedrooms. Very few outlets upstairs. The communication was very timely and complete.

Great home layout for entertaining and meal preparation for large groups (14 - 16)Location was very convenient to downtown Newport and surrounding attractions. VRBO online support was excellent with outstanding support from local agent Chris Sousa. We enjoyed many activities both on land and water.Look into a ferry boat trip to Block Island from Newport harbor. Newport Trolley excursion with stop at Breakers is a must. First choice for downtown Newport parking is St. Mary’s. The lawn area in the front of the house is great for outdoor games - enjoyed by all, including those sitting on the front porch Adirondack chairs(observing). All in all a wonderful vacation stop for families.

Came to the area for a family wedding with 14 people ages 5-75. The house is large with lots of beds to accommodate a large group. The games like pool and shuffleboard were great to have. The house has does have some quirky aspects that I wasn't expecting like a see through glass shower door that faces a hallway. Also one of the bedrooms shares a space with the laundry room. The house could really use some minor upgrades/updates for guests like new bed linens, towels and the cookware was all very used. This is the first rental I've stayed in that requires guests to make their own beds which I found a bit odd but otherwise the house was clean and can accommodate a large groups easily with lots of beds and space to gather.

The location of the home was perfect for attending a family wedding. Beautiful home inside and out with plenty of space. We had so much fun being all together. Only concern was the master bathrooms fixtures needed some work. Other than that the home was exceptional.

We were 7 senior citizen siblings from multiple states. This house was great for us! The house was very clean and exactly as represented on the site. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the ground floor. One bedroom with a bathroom and the open loft with multiple beds are on the 2nd floor. The large kitchen and grand open main area are wonderful for visiting with everyone. We enjoyed playing pool and shuffleboard. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, while being only a 10 minute drive to beaches and downtown Newport. Chris is very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. This was a great place for our family to see each other and have fun!!!

Perfect home and space for my family of 15. The open space for entertaining all age group was wonderful! Just what I wanted to celebrate with my family for my 50th birthday!The house was gorgeous!!!

We had a wonderful time when we took our entire family to Rhode Island for an anniversary celebration. There was plenty of room for the 8 adults and 3 young children. The spacious kitchen allowed for multiple family members to comfortably do food prep or just visit at the large island in the center. The second refrigerator was definitely helpful for our big family. We all enjoyed the shuffleboard and pool tables. The loft is absolutely huge!! My suggestion to future guests is to not put the young children in the loft--ours woke up early and their feet overhead awakened the sleeping adults downstairs! But we all loved the space and I highly recommend this rental property.

The house was perfect for our family’s trip to RI for our son’s wedding. It is even better than pictured as the kitchen has been updated and it’s been repainted so it’s nice and bright. We had 3 kids aged 7-14 and they ran immediately to the pool table which we all enjoyed along with the shuffle board table. It was a warm week so it was nice to keep busy inside when we were home. The 4 bathrooms were great for getting ready. Chris was there when we arrived, he sent us links for a quick casual dinner so we were back to prepare for everyone’s arrival, and he assured us he’d be available for any questions or problems (which there weren’t). As our sons are all over 6 ft, the king beds were a comfort. The location was convenient for the wedding at Glen Manor as well as to Newport & 2nd Ave beach. We’d definitely recommend!!

First , the location of the property is amazing. Close to everything we wanted. We hosted a diverse group of family and everyone was thrilled with everything. The property was so impressive and way more than we expected. Our host was so accommodating and understanding and super responsive to our questions and issues. I could write so much more about this experience but sufficed to say, we highly recommend this experience for any gathering. Your guests will be impressed. Every part of this experience made for a memorable gathering that no one in attendance will ever forget. Of course the amazing experience is mostly large in part to the family and friends in attendance, but there is no question that the house and host were a huge positive factor that made it “epic”. I’m already thinking of other reasons to gather here again…thanks Chris!!!!
