Stayed May 5, 2022Overall, the property is really beautiful. When we arrived for our stay the home had not been cleaned. The floors were filthy, beds were stripped with dirty sheets on top, water bottles and food needed to be taken to the bin. We called and the hosts sent a cleaning crew immediately and offered to refund our cleaning fee. As much as it was an inconvenience to be in the space with the cleaning crew for the first few hours of our stay, we appreciated the offer to refund the fee. However, after returning home the owners never refunded the cleaning fee. After following up several times, we've not heard back and can only assume that they will not be refunding the fee as promised. Because of the poor communication after the trip and false promises, I'd be hesitant to book here again.
