We can't wait until you meet the Edenwild Staff (we call ourselves the Edenwild Family.) Every one of us loves what we do. We try to consider every aspect of your stay from helping you plan your adventures, to how we fold your towels, and even calling the ferry on the morning of your departure so that you know exactly when to get in line to go home. We also value YOUR privacy and we are only here when you need us but never when you don't. I think our commitment to YOU is why our tiny hotel has been rated TripAdvisor's #1 Hotel in all of the San Juan Islands. A beautiful and relaxing place to spend a few days. Incredibly nice people and resposive management. Truly a treat to visit.
The idealic location, peaceful, quaint, beautiful grounds. Breakfast is wonderful.
The room was light and airy. The room was very comfortable. The bed and room environment was very comfortable. The space for breakfast was bright and clean. There was ample space to have breakfast inside or outside of the building. The breakfast was amazing. The house was in the center of town and within easy walking distance of restaurants. I highly recommend a stay in this place. Anthony was a wonderful host.
This Inn is exceptional. It is so lovely and beautiful and welcoming and the location is unbeatable - right in the little village and just steps to a beach. It is the perfect island getaway. The hospitality was at least 6 stars. We loved everything about it. We came by bicycle and it was so easy to get here from the ferry. Without a car, you feel like you are part of the Island and really see and feel it. You could also easily come by kayak from Friday Harbor. Or of course by car. We can't wait to go back.
This is a nice hotel with a nice location. We found it easy to relax here. All our needs were met.
Very clean, comfy & quiet.
This was just the vibe we hoped to find on Lopez Island. Relaxing, pampering, no schedule to track. Anthony was friendly and made sure we had what we needed. The room was clean, decor was fun and contemporary while still keeping with the charm of this historic building.
Everyone at the property was extremely helpful and so nice! The location is also great as it's next to everything you would want on the island.
Super location in the village - and strong wifi! We stayed in the separate room which had a very comfortable king sized bed (and we are two folks with back challenges). The breakfasts were fantastic and the staff was very helpful. Anthony is a friendly and excellent resource - he even kept an eye on the ferry traffic so we could enjoy as much time as possible. His motto - 'I'll worry about it so you don't have to ... greatly appreciated!
The Edenwild Inn was such a great place to celebrate my fiancee's birthday! We were only there for one night, and stayed in suite 9, which is detached from the rest of the house and beautifully decorated. And let me tell you, the king bed is SO COMFORTABLE! Easily the best night's sleep I've ever had away from home. The folks here are so friendly and helpful - we got there earlier than check in and they gave us restaurant recommendations and pointed us to the once-weekly farmer's market. Sunday morning breakfast was simple, but delicious - chocolate chip scones (I ate two, they were amazing), and yogurt parfaits. I liked the yogurt so much I asked what brand (Yami) and went and bought some when I got home. The coffee is roasted across the street and was very good, definitely a breakfast highlight. Sunday morning we rented a two-person kayak from the Inn and toodled around the harbor. That process was so easy. Anthony, one of the owners, handled the rental for us, took the kayak to the launch, had paddles and life vests all set up, and when we were done, he went and picked it up. All we had to do was put it in the water and go! We will definitely be returning!
