Garden House with 2 Kings, Playroom, and Pool!

This home was perfect for our family with 3 small children. The home was safe, had kid friendly toys, supplies and kid locks. Nice, quiet residential neighborhood, close to shopping abd interstate. The back yard was fantastic for sitting and enjoying the Arizona sun and lovely evenings. If you want a fancy upscale home, this is not it. Bit if you want a nice,.comfortable, kid friendly space with an easy host, this is for you.

Well equipped home great for gathering. The home was clean and the host was very responsive and accommodating. For our purposes, the home was centrally located for access to Chandler, Gilbert and Mesa. The outdoor spaces were very nice. I would definitely stay at this property again.

This home is a fantastic place to stay. I highly recommend staying here. The home was spacious and comfortable. It was a great place to stay and relax after a long day. The home was meticulously clean. It had everything we needed. Check-in was easy. The amenities are as advertised. The beds were comfortable too. The host paid great attention to detail. Instructions were easy to understand and follow. We hope to stay again if we are back in the area.

The rooms where spacious and comfortable the kitchen as well as the rest of the house is set up with everything needed. Very family friendly. The property and host where both amazing.

We felt very much at home. Comfortable and spacious. So close to everything we needed. Great neighborhood.

Exactly as advertised. My family loved our time there. The pool and outdoor space was great. As with any home there were minor upgrades that could be made. Such as a new shower in the master bedroom (it had a crack in the plastic flooring that looked to be repaired but needs to be replaced) but nothing that wasn’t totally usable. I would stay here again.

This home was a perfect place for our family to gather for a graduation and GCU. Home away from home. I recently completed my masters degree my children my parents, my grandson, and my husband and I were all able to come into town and be together for and entire weekend. The home was spacious, the amenities were perfect for adults and kids. The kitchen is completely stocked. Plenty of towels, blankets sheets etc. The host thought of everything. She had starch and static guard next to the iron. Something I didn’t think to bring but needed to keep my gown from sticking to my dress! 5 stars for saving my day!

We will definitely be back…. Wonderful home, well stocked kitchen and linens, clean, cozy, super fun pool and yard area. The hosts were super responsive and easy to work with. We had a wonderful time with our school age kids!

The property was exactly as listed. It was clean, comfortable and roomy. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry were fully equipped. The outdoor space was larger than expected and very nice. The pool was enjoyable as well.

The home was centrally located for all that we had planned. The large home gave us all the space we needed to be comfortable. The pool gave hours of fun for the kids. We found everything we needed in this home.

We booked this home due to the pool and outdoor area and it was all we could have hoped for. We came for baseball tournament and it was a bit farther away then we would’ve liked but not knowing location of fields made it difficult. All in all we’d book this house again if possible

First impression was not great, but the owner responsive and corrected the cleanliness of the house. There was a miscommunication with cleaning crew. The owner had the cleaning crew to the house promptly and the ladies who came in did a smash up job, quick and efficient! This response helped us get a much better impression of the house. We would stay here again.

My 3 adult siblings and our mom enjoyed our stay with a separate bed for each of us (and mostly separate bedrooms). The house has departed gathering spots to accommodate the quiet reader and the gregarious talkers. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our long weekend stay to visit family. We were joined by our son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren under 4 and the house couldn't have been set up any better. The kids loved the play room and books/toys. Access to a port-a-crib and high chair was a game-changer. The back yard was gorgeous, everyone had a room, and having a lot of space to move around within the house made the stay so much more manageable. It was Valentine's weekend and Yadira had several special decorative touches that made the stay even more special. And last, but not least, we were really impressed with how clean the place was. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future!

This was a sad occasion as there was a sudden and unexpected death. We came in from Toronto and daughter from British Columbia. We were very comfortable and the property was quite clean. Yarida was very accessible and answered the few queries very promptly. Was very aware of the family situation and showed great empathy. We plan to return under better circumstances.We highly recommend . Highly recommended!
