Stayed Dec 31, 1969In the lead up to our stay I found it very difficult to get in contact with anyone to request cot and highchair. I had to speak to someone through another website on a live chat but never got confirmation anything would be available. House was lovely and easy to find upon arrival. Lovely open plan layout although the underfloor heating only worked on half the property. There were not sheets provided for the cot so I had to take them off a bed that thankfully we were using. Family bathroom isn’t very family friendly with no shower hose and very small cubical shower. No toilet rolls were provided so we had a trip to the shops very early on. Due to covid all games and dvds including PlayStation was removed but we weren’t made aware of this before travelling so didn’t bring anything of our own. Telly signal didn’t work so we had to stream everything via the internet. Thankfully the WiFi was very good! Upon checkout, instructions were to leave house clean and tidy. Nothing was provided for us to ensure that it could be left clean so we had to work with what we had. Overall, we loved the house itself but it needs to be better equipped or people need to be made aware before their stay of thing they need to bring of their own.
