Garden Cottage 79 Modern and sleek at the beach... This Cottage perfectly combines sleek and modern furnishings with the ambiance of coastal living. You enter this home through the kitchen, which is fully equipped with black stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, a Black and Decker Coffee Machine, a crock-pot blender, a mixer, and anything you could need to make a home-cooked meal. The spacious living area leads out to the large screened-in porch, perfect for outdoor dining in any weather andthe ocean view is a bonus. The gas grill is also located on the patio. This cottage features a master suite (king) on the main level, with an oversized shower and walk-in closet. At the base of the stairs, you will find the half bath, along with the full laundry with a stacked washer and dryer. On the second floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, private bath, and access to the large screened upper balcony complete with comfortable seating. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and a community firepit.

BEACH ACCESS AT THE COTTAGES
Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a beach deck, dune area and seawall.

Access Points: There are three beach access points with the main access located near the pool and clubhouse, one access point in the mid-north area and another at the south end of the Cottages.

Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time. The sand area landside of the seawall is accessible at all times for recreaation.

Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.

Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, therefore we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.
