Stayed Mar 29, 2026The property was immaculate and in pristine condition. The communication on the lease agreement and follow-up and check-in was very poor. I had to track down a phone number the day of our travel through chat to get access after non-response to multiple messages and voicemails. I have used VRBO every year for several years and never had this issue with another rental. Additionally, for the level of quality, my customer expectation for basic services in a rental is more than 1 roll of toilet paper, travel shampoo AND conditioner, basic cleaning supplies and accuracy around having beach towels (had none, said they were provided ahead of time, had to purchase). Otherwise it was an excellent property. Property management and communication 1/5. Property itself 6/5.

Stayed Oct 4, 2025We came up with a group of 4 that stayed at the cottage. There was a group totaling 40 people that were all playing golf for a friendly golf tournament. The place was well furnished, and everything worked as it should have. Will stay again if we decide to go to Jeckyll for the golf trip next year.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025Overall stay was amazing. Some dishes were not cleaned, but was acceptable. Just had to rinse. Home was well equipped and comfortable.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice and clean. Plenty of room. Perfect location to everything. Parking space is limited if bringing multiple cars. We did not have to worry about this but just FYI for others. Loved that it had a washing machine and dryer.

Stayed Oct 5, 2024Love this place! My siblings and I celebrated my mom’s 50th birthday in Jekyll. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very quick to respond to any questions that I had.
