Life is better at the beach! And this Cottage proves it. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Cottage has all the amenities for a perfect getaway. This home has a single-car garage, a master bedroom on the main floor, along with two guest bedrooms on the second floor. You enter this home through a bright and spacious kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker, and a bar top with seating for 4. Flowing from the kitchen is a beautiful diningarea with seating for 8. Off of the dining you will find the main living area, which provides access to the wonderful backyard. The backyard offers wonderful amenities such as a gas grill, outdoor dining, a gas fire pit with seating, and a hammock swing. The second-floor houses two guest bedrooms, each with its own private bath. The two main guest bedrooms have access to the upper screened porch with plenty of seating. Other amenities with this Cottage include a Beach canopy tent and umbrella, 6 beach chairs, beach toys, board games, DVDs, a Bluetooth speaker, Crockpot electric kettle, a toaster oven, a waffle iron, plastic ware spice rack, and anything else you may need for entertaining! There is an additional full-sized fridge in the garage.
In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and a community fire pit.

BEACH ACCESS AT THE COTTAGES
Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a beach deck, dune area and seawall.

Access Points: There are three beach access points with the main access located near the pool and clubhouse, one access point in the mid-north area and another at the south end of the Cottages.

Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time. The sand area landside of the seawall is accessible at all times for recreaation.

Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.

Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, therefore we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.
