Stayed Dec 26, 2025Very nice townhouse. Main floor bedroom was nice for older family. Very nice furnishings on the main floor. Kitchen had everything we needed. Two bedrooms upstairs were spacious and comfortable. All full bathrooms were spacious. Main floor half bath was nice to have. Screened porch was really nice! We enjoyed the firepit at night. Quiet area. Bike/walking path right around the corner. Beach is accessible from multiple points in the neighborhood. Would love to come back!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to stay for a quick New Year's trip. It was beautiful and the townhouse was the icing on the cake!

Stayed Jul 20, 2024The house was exactly as listed / pictured. It was very clean and comfortable. It was only a short walk to the beach and pool and was a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The screened in porch was relaxing and the beds were comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.

Stayed Jul 28, 2024Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of room, very clean, quality furniture. Nice neighborhood and great location. Had an issue with A/C, called property manager and issue was resolved in a few hours with no hassle. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024Had a great stay at the property. Flawless check in and check out process. Great space inside, and out back. Good location. The only issue was the parking is VERY limited. You only have 2 spaces, and do not temporarily park at the end of the driveway on the street...the neighbor across the street put a note on our car. Easy access to the pool, beach, place was great and would stay again.

Stayed Jul 30, 2022Overall stay was below average due to fire alarm going off for more than an hour while we were there, water pressure in showers was bad, sheets were old and dated, house hadn't been cleaned entirely as their was sand throughout and spots you could tell that hadn't been cleaned and location isn't great if you are looking for the beach. They don't show the large rocks and small beach area in the pictures. Only time you can sit on small beach is when tide is out. The property manager was very nice though and communication was good when we dealt with these issues. However, a discount off for our troubles should have occurred but it was not offered.
