Stayed Dec 31, 1969We rented this house with our younger grandchildren and they loved the pool, game room and movie room!!!

Stayed Apr 16, 2022This house is just OK. Lots of non working and broken things. The walls in this house look horrible. I understand it's a rental but they looked disgusting. We prepaid for pool heat months in advance. The heat did not work. After speaking with the guy trying to fix it he said they knew it didn't work before hand. We meet some people at the resort who booked from them as well with similar issues. I put in the ticket day 1 and never heard back. They claimed they did not see where I said it. I sent screen shots of texts and emails and their response on each request. They tried to fix it on our last night and was unsuccessful. I almost canceled after reading a few reviews. I wish I would have. Do your self a favor and find somewhere else. Will not be staying with them again.

Stayed Feb 26, 2022Had a hard time dealing with property management. Pool heat never worked properly, equipment requested never delivered or late. Overall experience was not worth the money.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Wonderful stay. Ideal and convenient setup for family of nine. Great for everyone to have their own space and private bath. Loved the modern tasteful decor. I would like to report that the upstairs dryer was not properly working. Otherwise, Excellent review! Thanks so much on behalf of myself and all the family!

Stayed Aug 20, 2021Everything was nice, we were just a little disappointed not knowing we had to call in advance for the jacuzzi to be heated. The trash container outside was not cleaned prior to our arrival and the game room was not fully functional. The location was great and overall the property was nice as well..

Stayed Jul 7, 2021My family and I stayed at this property for 5 days. Its a quiet location and spacious home. Upon check in I noticed the home wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The bed to the master bedroom upstairs was broken. I emailed the property manager for 4 day to NO resolve. The repair guy came on day 4 without informing me and I was asleep, my mom asked him to come back later and of course he never did. Our trip was in July and the temperature of the home is preset to 74 or 72 degrees needless to stay that is insane in Orlando in July. Also, all bedding needs an immediate updating.

Stayed Jun 11, 2021Home was beautiful , Communication with property manager was terrible , several unanswered calls messages and emails Checked in on a Fri had problems and concerns all weekend ignored finally returned call on Monday . Came out to fix a bed that was broke claimed it was fixed problem not resolved . Hot tube and pool are unheated cost is 25.00 a day did not request with reservation but asked management to turn on on Tuesday which never happened begged them to please make sure was on our last night , was told that it couldn’t be turned on because it was last day . Would probably not deal with this property manager again they were rude and unprofessional.

Stayed Mar 20, 2021The property was immaculate and the pictures online were an accurate description of what everything looked like. We absolutely loved the monochromatic color scheme; it made the place look elegant, clean and classy. The place was very roomy with for party of 10 (4 kids aged 4-9, and 6 adults). The kids really enjoyed the game room, the theatre room, and of course, the pool (when the weather got warmer). We were all able to relax both individually and collectively in this spacious, comfortable house. Arriving was hassle-free and the property manager was quick with answering the phone and noting our requests. Unfortunately, the maintenance department was backed up with other requests, so things that needed attention didn't get repaired until the day before we were scheduled to leave. For instance, the pool lounge chairs were all broken and they didn't get replaced until our last day there. It wasn't too bad because it was very cold, so we didn't use the pool until our third day there. The net on the ping pong table was missing as were two remote controls to the televisions. Those were the only down sides to renting this property. Also, some of the older people in our party had difficulty figuring out how to use the television, so having a sheet explaining how to work the cable would have been great. Finally, many of the things we needed were definitely in place, such as plenty of dishes, bowls, cups, glasses and cookware. The place also had a Crock pot, two very large stock pots, a coffee maker, microwave, tea maker, and a blender. Our entire family was so impressed that we will definitely rent this house again!
