From the moment you arrive, Desert Palm makes a statement. The striking black and white vertical wallpaper entry sets the tone for the home’s bold designer aesthetic, while curated furnishings, layered textures, herringbone tile flooring, and dramatic finishes create a space that feels straight from the pages of a luxury design magazine.



Minutes from Windsor Beach Marina, Desert Palm sleeps up to 14 guests and feels more like a private boutique resort than a traditional vacation rental.

Inside, the home’s signature showpiece is the dramatic Black Fox entertainment lounge.



Color drenched in Sherwin Williams Black Fox, this moody immersive game room was designed to feel like a private members club. Bold, elevated, and completely unexpected in Lake Havasu. Guests can enjoy pool, shuffleboard, foosball, hoop shot basketball, poker nights, and favorite games on the big screen in a space designed entirely around entertainment and connection.



Every bedroom was thoughtfully designed to feel luxurious, cozy, and restorative after a long day on the lake.



The primary suite offers a plush king canopy bed layered in soft textures and upscale bedding, creating a true retreat atmosphere. The spa inspired ensuite and designer lighting elevate the experience even further.



Guest bedroom two features another luxurious king bed with a warm modern aesthetic designed for comfort and relaxation.



Bedroom three includes a stylish queen over queen bunk setup built with adults in mind, perfect for families or groups while still delivering comfort and elevated design.



The detached casita creates an entirely separate boutique hotel style retreat featuring two plush queen beds, a coffee station, mini fridge, stunning pool views, and direct access to the rooftop deck. The casita experience feels private, elevated, and incredibly inviting.

Guest Access:

You have private access to house, backyard and garage along with all amenities during your stay. For your privacy, our backyard is fully enclosed. You can access Desert Palm any time with our secure, keyless entry.



Other Things to Note:

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.



PARKING

Our driveway can comfortably fit up to 4 cars. Boat parking on street or RV parking side of the home. RV Parking offers full hook ups with a 50 amp plug, water and sewer connection.





SWIMMING POOL

Children must be monitored in and near our pool at all times. And young children must wear swim diapers. Please don’t touch the pool equipment. You are welcome to heat the swimming pool for an additional $150 per night. Spa heating is available for $75 per day. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to do so. Additionally we ask all guests to follow the house rules regarding pool usage including no diving, no glass, and no running.





QUIET HOURS

Thank you for observing quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors.



SMOKING

To keep Desert Palm fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside the house. If smoke is detected, a $1000 fee will be applied to your reservation. You can, however, smoke in our uncovered backyard space.



EXTERIOR CAMERAS- For your security and ours, the property has 3 outdoor cameras. These are located on the driveway, entry way and west side of the home on the RV parking area.



Absolutely no firearems or weapons allowed inside the property.
