Stayed May 30, 2024Property was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and convenient to our points of interest. The only negative was the lack of A/C, especially when the temps rise during the day. Overall, we were very happy with our rental choice.

Stayed Jan 12, 2024We rented this house for MLK weekend. There were 4 of us, mother, father, daughter, son-in-law and 2 dogs. The house is very well appointed. Next time I’ll just stop at Fry’s which is on the corner. Location is terrific. Close to everything. Great restaurants, breweries, shopping and Lowell Observatory. Perfect set up with the 2 king bedrooms and 2 full baths. The dogs had a fenced in yard and they loved the snow. Mine is a Siberian Husky rescued from Puerto Rico and it was her first time seeing snow. It was a huge hit. The fireplace was nice to have and there really isn’t anything that’s missing. We definitely will be back.

Stayed Oct 12, 2023We stayed for NAU parents weekend and the location couldn’t be better! Close to campus and downtown with plenty of room for the family. Great patio and fire pit too! Will definitely come back :)
