Stayed Sep 6, 2025Beautiful property! The property manager was very responsive & helpful. Pool was clean but chilly but hey, it’s September! Wish the pool light worked but overall a wonderful stay!

Stayed Jul 5, 2025The home was beautiful and as described. There was no beach pass (when i inquired I was told it had been accidentally taken by a previous vacationer and had been ordered but had not arrived yet), so that was disappointing and expensive to pay to park at the beach, but other than that we had a lovely stay.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025The outside pool patio was filthy when we arrived and we needed to hose everything down and wash. Pool had a lot of junk in it too. After all was remedied, it was a really wonderful week. The inside was spotless and beds comfortable. We had a few other hiccups, but the property manager was very responsive and apologetic.

Stayed Oct 12, 2024We would stay here again. It was big and had plenty of sleeping options for 5 people. Kitchen is nice and remodeled. Used Roku for streaming. Loved playing ping pong in the basement. The master bathroom is the only thing that really needs to be upgraded. Wish we could come back in summer.

Stayed Sep 3, 2024We had an enjoyable stay in this spacious house in a quiet Centerville enclave. The pool and patio area were wonderful places to relax with morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Interior spaces were comfortably furnished and impeccably clean. Short drive to Craigville Beach and Four Seas Ice Cream, and a great home base for exploring the Cape. That being said, the home could use some TLC. The pool furniture could use cleaning and an upgrade, and the chaise lounges need to be replaced. The outdoor lighting was a nice feature but there were no instructions as to how to turn them on. (Pro tip: they plug in to a covered outlet on the side of the pool shed). Inside, the sunken jetted tub in the master bath is quirky and a bit of a hazard. The TV in the master bedroom wasn't hooked up to cable. I added my YouTube TV account to the TVs in the two downstairs living rooms which was fine, but the overall cable TV situation needs to be looked into. If the aforementioned issues are addressed before by next summer, we wouldn't hesitate to rent this house, with so much going for it, again.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024The house is OK, but it is definitely dated. The kitchen has been updated in the downstairs bathroom as well. Furniture in one of the living room seems to be somewhat updated but awkward. The master bath looks like it’s from the 1960s. There is an old sunken Jacuzzi bathtub that takes up a lot of room and is a tripping hazard. The standup shower is small and the water will fluctuate from burning hot to freezing cold without notice. There really isn’t anywhere to put your stuff down in the master bath. Most of the house has furniture that is, very old. It felt like I was staying at my grandmother‘s Vacation property. The pool was nice. There are lights set up outside but no instructions on how to turn them on after a while. We figure it out. Communication with the property manager was poor. Asked questions through VRBO and received no response . Check was at 4 o’clock but the cleaners were still there until about 5:30. We had just drove seven hours So it would’ve been nice if the house was ready when it was supposed to have been. Also, the whole time we were there the house had a smell to it. It wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t good and it didn’t smell clean. When I return, I will definitely rent a different property.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024Well equipped home in a very nice neighborhood. The pool was great! The kitchen was easy to work in. The house does need a working can opener and more towels and pool towels. There were no pool towels. We would stay there again. .

Stayed Aug 13, 2023This isn't your basic Cape summer cottage; it's a rather spacious 1970s suburban house with a very nice pool that happens to be conveniently on the Cape. We didn't bother to go to the beach when we basically had a private swim club in the back yard! All the amenities of home? Maybe more; it's a nice roomy house. The location is extremely car-dependent, though, in the Crosby Hills subdivision, though a bit under half a mile on foot from a nice town lake beach. Careful of the sunken tub in the master bath, though.
