Stayed Jan 23, 2026This home fit our needs nicely. The game room was amazing! The neighborhood was quiet. The hot water was HOT!! (Be careful). The bed in the Master was too hard for our liking, but was tolerable. Lots of towels are available. Nice decor. Thank you!

Stayed May 16, 2025My parents and brothers live in Havasu so finding a place that I could make dinner and share an evening that wasn't in a hotel, and a place that was fun for everyone was the goal. This house was perfect. Not too big for my wife and I to stay at alone and just right for a small gathering. The game room was a hit with the kids, they sere occupied all night. the back yard was the perfect place to be when the weather cooled down. Plenty of parking and close to everything. I will stay here next time I travel to Havasu if it's available.

Stayed Dec 12, 2024The property was nice. Beds were good, plenty of towels and kitchen items. However, the toilet bowls were dirty along with the kitchen sink, outdoor garbage cans were nearly overflowing. We did enjoy the game room in the garage, but the ping pong paddles and the air hockey paddles need to be replaced. Also, the air hockey surface has not been cared for. Finally, the metal toaster gets very hot. Someone could get burned touching it.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024Nice house, clean. Games in garage were very nice. But the AC was set between 76 and 79 so it was not refreshing to be in at night trying to sleep and during the day was not nice either. The cul de sac that it is in is not trailer friendly we unfortunately had to make a 60 point turn going into the neighbors drive way to try and back it up into the very angled drive way. Not very fun. I think during the winter months with no toys would be nice to stay in but if you have a boat it’s very frustrating
