Game Room & Hot Tub: Luxe Grand Lake Retreat!

This place is AMAZING!! Had a wonderful time having a chill weekend getaway with friends. The pinball machines were so much fun and the theater room was a blast as well. Would highly recommend for a nice group trip.

Communication with host was awesome and they were very attentive. We were, however, disappointed with the overall cleanliness and accuracy of the listing. We were surprised to find that while it stated that it slept 13 people, that it really was not laid out in a way that was conducive to that many people. You have 7 people sleeping downstairs but only a half bath so Keep in mind that we paid a premium (3x the regular price) to stay in this place over New Year’s

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Everything was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully set up, with very comfortable beds throughout. The two fireplaces were a highlight — we spent so much time gathered in the family room around the fire. We cooked great meals, relaxed in the hot tub, and truly enjoyed the space. The mountain and lake views were amazing, and the morning sunrises were absolutely beautiful. The primary bathroom was an absolute treat. We would happily stay here again.

Great beds, fun game room, perfect location and views

A large group of friends (and dogs) stayed here and had an amazing time! The house was clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked, and the pinball room was SO much fun. We fit something like 10-12 adults in the movie room one night to watch a movie and it was perfect. The incredible view that they have from the deck of the lake (and of the cows and goats across the street which we thought were adorable) really was our favorite part - we ate every breakfast and dinner outside looking at the lake. There were a few small things that seemed like may have been damaged from previous guests that owners were incredibly responsive to and didn't impact our stay at all - normal things for a home that sleeps this many to have on occasion. There was also an extra fridge/freezer in the garage that came in handy for our big group!!

This wonderful home was exactly as described. It was very spacious and perfect for our multiple families, ages 1 to 81. The location was great, right between Grand Lake and Granby. The owner and property manager were very accommodating and quick to respond. We would definitely recommend!

We were a group of 15 people ranging in age from 7-77 and this house had everything we needed. The game room was enjoyed by everyone. The kitchen was well supplied with plenty of dishes,etc for larger groups. We utilized the deck with its view of the lake and mountanis for conversations and meals. The location is convenient to the lake and other attractions. We were very pleased with everything.

Perfect house for a large group. Everyone from kids to grown adults had so much fun with all the games at the house. Great location and everything you need. Highly recommend.

Clean home, with well stocked kitchen equipment. You could smell the Sheets were freshly washed. Huge plus for me. This unit has all the amenities for a great stay in Grand Lake.

Such a lovely property to host our family for a Thanksgiving staycation. Great location 10 minutes outside of Grand Lake town, stunning mountain and lake views on the patio.We loved the pinball machines and theater room, and we made some great memories cooking in the well-stocked kitchen and playing games in the inviting great room. Responsive hosts that provided a helpful information binder with detailed amenity instructions and menus from local restaurants. 10/10 would stay here again!

Instead of by useless presents for my children and grandchildren, we spend a whole weekend together talking, playing games and cooking. I would rather spend an entire 48 hours +, Then just a few hours during Christmas time. The money I spend on the VRBO is about the same I would spend on useless material things. Memories and experiences always win

There were nine of us gathering for a family weekend getaway at the edge of Rocky Mountain National Park. This house allowed us to spend precious time together, all doing various activities. The game room was amazing, the movie room was dark, quiet, and comfortable. The beds were all comfortable too. The views, proximity to the park and cute Grand Lake, All helped make this a most memorable experience.
