Stayed Nov 26, 2025Property smells very strongly like mildew and our family all had health reactions as though mold was present throughout the house. We checked out a day early due to the problem but had no follow up from the owner or offer of compensation. Overall the property seems old and run down and in a neighborhood that had a lot of run down houses. The basement had some activities for kids which is a plus. But the master bedroom having to share a tiny bathroom down the hall with the other guest room is a major downside.

Stayed Oct 16, 2025Fantastic communication from the get-go. Easy to follow check-in instructions; and Dave checked in with us via text the day prior to arrival to let us know the property was ready for us. The house is so spacious. We have a blended family and it was our first trip all together to visit our oldest at college. I was worried we’d be tired of each other- but this home gave us the space we needed to keep our wits. It’s clean & well taken care of. We all loved playing basketball and foosball. And holy cow, the beds and couches are comfortable. Thanks for sharing your space with us!
