This vacation rental is an ideal choice for a family night in or a night on the town with friends. The 5-minute drive into Downtown Royal Oak is filled with various shops, restaurants, breweries, and monthly festivals. If you are an early riser, you will enjoy the 4-minute drive to the Royal Oak Farmers Market, where you can bring back your locally grown produce and enjoy a freshly cooked meal at home. Close access to I-75 makes it easy to get to a wide range of destinations, such as heading south to Downtown Detroit for a sporting event or traveling north to enjoy the world’s largest Christmas store; Bronner’s, in the Bavarian-themed town of Frankenmuth.

THE SPACE
Self-check-in with keypad entry grants you easy access to this 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home. Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs including an air fryer, toaster, smoothie blender, espresso machine, and 12-cup drip coffee maker. Cinema and boardgame-themed living room with 65” smart tv, movie theater-style popcorn machine, and a bookcase decorated with various new and classic board games. Wood floors throughout this multi-level home will then take you into the plant-themed bedrooms. Each room will greet you with a fresh vase of flowers and a handcrafted animal towel filled with travel-sized toiletries. Head down to the spacious basement to enjoy mini basketball, Giant Jenga, Foosball, and a card table (chips and cards included). A washer and dryer can be found downstairs as well. On warmer days, head out to our fully fenced backyard and enjoy some barbequing and cornhole, or just relax around the 6-chair table and enjoy the day. High-speed WIFI allows for streaming and working remotely. We assure you that all our home amenities will provide a fun and memorable stay! 24-hour quick response customer service is always available to our guests.

PETS
Dogs only for pets. 3 dogs are the limit. When making your reservation please click on the pet section to add your pets. $100 fee is charged for the pets for the entire stay. If the pets are left off the reservation and you’d like to bring them we will send a separate request.

CHECK IN AND OUT
Check-in is at 4:00pm, Check-out is at 11:00 am. Your code to access the home will be sent at check-in time the day of arrival.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet time hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am. We take this very seriously. You are more than welcome to use the yard in between those hours, just please be mindful and respectful of our full time neighbors and the volume of your voices. Please no music outside during these hours.

We ask you coordinate with us if you plan to have additional guests during the day. These guest must be gone during quiet hours. Only guests staying in the home are to be on the premises during this time. Violating these rules can lead to additional fees and/or immediate removal from the property. We appreciate your understanding.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in the home but is permitted outside only. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $1,000 cleaning fee plus additional fees to any damages inside the home.
