We truly enjoyed our stay. Marcus was very tentative and we had no issues.

Fantastic property! The house was warm, roomy and very functional. It was also quiet, removed from traffic noise on one hand, but also just minutes from shopping and restaurants. And Marcus, the owner, was extremely helpful, available and kind. Everyone loved it!

We stayed with our family at this lovely property while our daughter ran in the state track meet! We enjoyed the spaciousness of the property. Marcus was very responsive and helpful. The swimming pool made the hot track days bareable. We enjoyed seeing the horses and the quietness of the property. We will definitely be back to stay.

This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with VRBO. Initially the homeowner was great and things seemed ok. After we looked around, we noticed the pool was full of leaves and damaged. The yard had not been mowed, however the owner did offer to mow the first morning, but we declined. The outside furniture had mice damage, and plastic folding chairs. 3 foot of leaves were growing out of one of the gutter. The carpet throughout the upstairs was absolutely disgusting and heavily stained. We had to deal with mice in the house and walls, roaches going up the walls, water pouring out of a light fixture onto the couch we were sitting on, and water stains all over most of the ceilings. The owner came by to look at these issues and tracked insulation all over the floor.

Great place for a big group, great host!

Our family enjoyed 4 wonderful days here - there is plenty of room for a large crowd with a huge pool with a slide, a big yard for playing games and all of the amenities inside that you would expect. While the house is in a quiet rural location, it is within just a few miles of HEB, restaurants and the A&M campus. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay again.

We had four families stay in this spacious house during a softball tournament. We selected this house because it had a lot of rooms and bathrooms for our families, pool, and a great location. Our teens loved the upstairs 3rd story and having their own space. A few parents also used the office to work since we were there during the week. The property owner was very helpful and accommodating. He always checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable or needed anything. We asked for a later checkout because our game times moved up earlier and we didn’t want some parents missing games. He was very flexible and understanding. Overall, it was a great experience and we enjoyed our stay.

Such gracious hosts! I surprised my bride of 41 years with a 2 night stay over the 4th of July which was her birthday. Marcus helped me surprise my wife by furnishing a bottle of wine, yellow roses, chocolate, and a cake! The place is awesome and the swimming pool was a delight. Will be back

We stay here with our 7 on 7 tournaments team and is was a great house so the whole team and coaches could stay in one house.

We rented this house for our son's graduation and military commissioning. We had 19 guest staying at the house and their was plenty of room! The owner, Marcus, was very responsive and available throughout our stay. We did have some cleaning and maintenance issues when we first checked in which caused us some stress but Marcus very quickly took corrective action and ensured we had what we needed to make the weekend special. The property was spacious enough for us to host a reception with about 25 extra guest in the back by the pool and the owner was kind enough to provide extra tables and chairs. One of the guest was so impressed with the property they they booked it for an upcoming wedding.
