Game Barn! Next to Central Park! 2 Blocks 2 Beach/Resturants/Shops

Wonderful stay with family! The house was clean and well-equipped. The hosts made arrival and checkout easy and provided a lot of information about the house and area. Easy walk to the beach and the shops and located just across from the park. The game barn was fun for kids as was the bunk room! Would love to stay here again.

Our grown children and their families were in the area so we rented the house for a short get together. It was a perfect location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The house met all our needs. Thanks for sharing your house with us. Cape Charles is such a charming area.

The home is as advertised. It was comfy and in a great location with the park across the street, the beach just down the road and the main street shops also close. The front porch was our favorite location in the house.

House was absolutely perfect. Outdoor space was fantastic for our corgi (yard and gated porch) to play. Plenty of room for older kids to spread out into the game barn. Very easy walk to the beach or town. Owners were lovely and very quick and thorough with communication. We’ve loved Cape Charles for years - but this is a new favorite!

This was the greatest house and we loved the game barn. It was just as advertised. My kids had a blast. We even played some of the games that were in the living room. The kitchen is very well stocked and the grill worked great. This place was amazing!!

The owners have done a great job renovating an historic home. It was clean, comfortable and had all the little things we needed. It was 95 so we did spend much time in the party barn, but it was a great place to hang out after dark. We were worried about 1.5 bathrooms, but the outdoor shower was nice, and I don't think anyone showered inside. Great house and great location.

Beautiful home located next to a nice park and 2 blocks to everything. Friendly, gracious hosts, Michael & Ashleigh were very interested in making our stay exciting and memorable. They provided us with information covering every possible places or things to do in Cape Charles. They are quick to respond to questions and went above and beyond to help us find a golf cart rental when we were unable to find one. We had a wonderful vacation.We would definitely stay here again.

This property and the owners were great! The game barn was awesome to have especially since we had rain a couple days. So many things were provided with the house which was very helpful (kitchen utensils, beach towels, beach chairs, bike, shampoo/cond/wash, and more). The decor was wonderful and property is well kept and in an excellent location. The electronics, wifi, and AC all worked great. We always travel with our firestick for kids and used it on this trip in a guest room. We all had a great time and after many years of visiting CC, we may have finally found our favorite property and will be back!

We had the BEST time at this house. The front porch was truly magical. We spent so much time on the porch swing and relaxing on the porch which might be the best porch in all of Cape Charles. We had a toddler and a dog and the house was perfect for both of them and we very much appreciated the gate on the front porch to keep them all contained. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need and everything in the house was very comfortable. Our toddler loved all the books and games that the house came with also. Only complaint is the water gets VERY hot very quickly in the house so we had to be very careful bathing the toddler or washing hands to make sure no one got burned.

Our group was made up of two couples and two 17 year olds. The home was generously stocked and just the right fit for us. The game barn gave us a space to relax later into the evening! We rented a golf cart to “haul” our stuff to the beach but - with a beach access at the end of the street - it was a nice, short walk back to the house for restroom breaks or drink/snack refills! The park and splash pad are right across the street. We also loved starting our days relaxing on the large front porch having coffee and then appetizers before heading out to dinner. We will definitely visit Cape Charles again and hope this house is available when we return!
