Furnished Patio & Views: West Sedona House!

Very happy with our stay, will definitely book it again in the future.

The property has an amazing view of the mountains and a very cool look and feel from an interior design perspective. It's central within the city - many of the main attractions, activities, restaurants are all very close to the property.

The house was very clean and very comfortable. The views were outstanding with the night skies being a bigger hit. Our hosts were super, communication smooth and easy. We took our son and grandson, they said it was one of the best vacations ever. Mission accomplished!! The host was very hospitable and accommodating!! They took care of all of our needs and were very easy to communicate with!! They helped us with our great hiking experience by suggesting the less populated trails to hike.

Loved the location! Wonderful proximity to trails, groceries and restaurants. Host offered excellent advice on hiking trails. Beautiful house, clean, great outdoor spaces, everything we needed! We would definitely stay again!

The location is ideal within a short driving distance to everything, including hikes and other activities.

The host, Robert, is very responsive and helpful. The house and furnishings are dated and showing signs of vacation home wear-n-tear, but it's comfortable and clean enough. The view from the home is lovely and the location feels very safe. We appreciated that paper products and all linens, laundry detergent and coffee (regular, no decaf) were provided. (No bar soap, fyi, and there are only approx 10 clothes hangers in the house). We did encounter a few issues but nothing that would ruin a vacation. Our only real complaint is that the A/C thermostat is programmed NOT to go below 72 degrees, which I don't recall seeing in the listing. That's a challenge for those who like to sleep with it slightly cooler. We've let the owner know about some repairs that need attention. I think for the price it's a lot of space if you need 3 bedrooms. And it's well located for exploring Sedona.

Our host was the MOST accomodating! It made our trip to have some flexibility with timing. They were very responsive and awesome, thanks for the wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sedona, including the stay in our VRBO. The house was in a great, central location, was clean and well-appointed, and communication with the house's host was easy and clear. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. We also enjoyed the outdoor gas fireplace on the patio and the state park passes were a plus as well. We were just two couples but the house when have been fine with a couple of more people too. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

We had a friend visiting from SC who always dreamed of seeing the southwest. With this in mind, I was looking for a location that would offer view and location. This home did not disappoint. We had arrived at night so she couldn't see anything until morning. She's was stunned by the beautiful view we had. The accommodations were perfect! And the host was great! He made sure our stay was everything we wanted and responded immediately if we had questions. Thank you Robert! Yes, I would recommend this home.

Robert’s place in West Sedona was a perfect escape from the madness of downtown Sedona. The house was very comfortable and provided many outside seating to enjoy all the views! I would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this well appointed home and loved the Mountain Views from the covered porch each evening by the fire. We had everything we needed to make our meals and enjoy our days exploring Sedona. Robert was a wonderful host and provided us with Red Rock Recreational passes and many suggestions of where to hike and to dine.

This property fit all of our needs. It was a joy to stay at. The host was on top of any of our concerns, the views were spectacular, location ideal,I would recommend this property to anyone and we will be back at some point in the future, I am sure.

This house is located in west Sedona, far enough from the main hustle and bustle of the busy uptown, but close enough to everything you need. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac that faces the red rock mountains. The views are incredible. We could see the mountain light up at sunrise and sunset. Just gorgeous!! The house itself is beautifully decorated. I loved the artwork, the colorful furniture and the decor. Beds were very comfortable. Robert provided Red Rock passes to park in the trailheads, saving us money and time. That is a nice touch. The house was fully stocked with everything you need. We did not really use the kitchen, preferring to eat out, but if we had, it apearen to have everything. Robert also recommended places to eat and hike. We especially loved to learn about the Javelina and we were lucky enough to see a family of Javelina on our way to see the sunset at Slick Rock Trail (another recommendation). I can’t say enough about our stay in Sedona. It is a beautiful and magical place that will always have a place in my heart.

Wonderful place for our stay! Very roomy and a great covered deck to hang out in the fresh air. We were two mature couples and having bedrooms on the upper and lower level with their own bathrooms was much appreciated. Our host Robert was very responsive and looked after any requests we had promptly and courteously. We would certainly return!

Property and views were amazing, close to everything. Beds were comfortable Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need as well. Out door fireplace was a fun to sit by in the evenings. Would definitely come back here and stay.

Peaceful location!

Robert’s place was wonderful for our party of 2 couples. Clean, attractive, and functional. Beds extremely comfy; other furniture not so much, but satisfactory for a 3 night stay. Garage was a big plus, as was the very quiet location. Robert himself was most friendly and helpful in various ways including advising on a very nice hike to take. We would love to stay here again!

Had a great stay in Sedona! Home is very comfortable with great patio and view of the mountains. Was only there a couple of nights but really enjoyed our stay. Would be very willing to rent again next time we are in Sedona.

Very good location. Quiet neighborhood. great views. House clean and roomy. It's 2 story so there are a number of steps to navigate frequently.

There were two couples traveling together and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. The host was quick to answer any questions. We did have some mosquitoes in the evenings so be sure to have insect repellant. Overall this house was outstanding!

This is a beautiful and modern house in west Sedona. Communication with Robert was easy and prompt. All the required supplies were available. It is close to shopping places. The view of thunder mountain from the balcony is amazing. Overall a great place to stay in Sedona.
