Stayed Feb 11, 2025This property is amazing!!! The owner and caretaker are both very kind, attentive, and helpful. The house is in amazing shape (every appliance is working and well maintained). Everything you need is here (utensils, pots and pans, coffee makers, blender, crockpot, and much more). The grill was by far in better shape than other houses we've rented plus they even had a spare tank of gas. There's dog poo bags on the patio along with a pickup tool and also an outdoor dog bowl that automatically fills every morning when the plant watering system turns on. There's even tools for use available in the garage in case they're needed. I have never ever found a property so beautiful and with so many nice amenities!!! We only found one thing missing after our stay; a meat thermometer for grilling (we may have just looked in the wrong places). My wife brought one from home just in case and said we have two more at home so I'm leaving this one here just to make sure they now have everything - lol!!!

Stayed Jan 24, 2025This is our favorite place we have stayed in Lake Havasu. We have stayed in more than 10 homes and it’s now our go to. The beds and couches are so comfortable. The space is set up with what you need to cook and relax. I want to leave a review telling people to stay away so that it’s always available when we want to come! My favorite Havasu house by far!

Stayed Jan 30, 2025Came to town for a wedding, and stayed for a total of 2 weeks. The house was everything we could have asked for. Very clean, very well equipped. The hosts were very resonsive. We will definitely try to stay here every tome we come to Havasu!

Stayed Jul 10, 2024I cannot say enough about this great home. We stayed here for 3 months and loved every day of it. The owner and manager are amazing people and so are the neighbors. Very easy to get to everything in town and the house is very comfortable and relaxing.

The beds are so comfortable and the kitchen furnished with everything! We recommend this to anyone who is coming to Lake Havasu!

Stayed Mar 4, 2024We enjoyed so much our time spent in this awesome home. Everything was clean and tidy. A very roomy home with very comfortable furnishings and decor that was especially awesome to me! Great patio and outdoor space, an all-around great house for adults and all ages. Highly recommend. Also, we had a guest contact, Crystal, assigned to us for any needs that might arise… she was great! Very polite and very prompt when called with questions, etc. We hope to be back again for another stay at this great home!
