Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation .
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 3rd guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 3 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
