This pet-friendly rental townhome offers a serene getaway with two ample living areas that can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. It has been updated to provide all the necessary amenities for an exceptional vacation experience.
The main level boasts a spacious living area furnished with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that highlight the mountain views. There is also access to the front deck for relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with a small island, granite countertops, a 5-burner gas range, and a pantry that leads to the rear deck, which features a second gas fireplace, a built-in grill, and overhead radiant heating. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, which can seat up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom on the main level includes a king bed, a TV, an attached bathroom, a powder room, and access to the rear deck.
The upper floor overlooks the spacious living area and contains a full bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two sets of twin bunk beds, while the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a ceiling fan.
The lower level features a family room that opens to a back patio with a 7-person hot tub. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bathroom, laundry facilities, and a living area with a sofa sleeper.
Complimentary Wi-Fi access is provided. Guests can also take advantage of the on-site paddleboard, snowshoes, sleds, and fishing poles.
Please be aware that this townhome is not accessible via public transportation, so guests will need their own transportation. There is a 2 car garage and parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Kindly note that campers or trailers are not permitted in the driveway, and street parking is not allowed as per HOA regulations.
Smoking is prohibited on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found smoking will be subject to a 500 fine per day.

    This gem of a rental property is well appointed with ample space and comfortable furniture (you know not all rentals have that). The configuration of rooms and space are logical are useable depending on a variety of size and age of your party. I almost hate to give it a high review because I’m selfish and want to keep it available for myself, but I will be honest…as a regular renter on VRBO I would not hesitate to book this property again.

    Nice property in a great neighborhood with a fun lake for dog and grandkid walks. Close to Winter Park, lakes and national parks. Also close to Y Snow Mountain Ranch where reasonably priced day passes provide tons of things for kids to do. Be sure to go to the ski area on Friday and Saturday evenings for free Gondola rides to the peak for snacks and happy hour.

    Our place (67 fireweed). Was perfect 4 adults and 2 teens. Location was easy to find and drive into frazer for groceries was only 5 minutes as apx 20 minutes to Mary Jane slope. Clean. And well stocked. Comfy beds. Loved the space. We will definitely recommended this place nice quite neighborhood

    My adult son and I stayed in 4bedroom condo close to area we were performing fire mitigation work in Tabernash. We used the two car garage to store our motorcycles as we ran up and over RMNP to Estes Park and back; went out to Kremmling, Green Mountain Reservoir, Keystone, A-Basin and back thru Berthoud Pass into Winter Park. Great location, clean premises, well stocked kitchen, great for family or two families, close to Winter Park, Grand Lake RMNP. I would stay here again, in winter too to ski Winter Park.
