The pool is located very close to the home and has an excellent safe design. From the hot tub with cover, the indoor/outdoor pool, to the bath house, this is one of the best designed neighborhood pool setups we have come across.The amenities provided within the house for entertainment were plentiful and the golf cart gave us easy access to buzz around downtown and to the beaches, we can wait to come back!

4.5 stars! I wish I could give half stars. Communication was excellent! Close drive to town. The beach was walkable but there’s only a very small area provided for the public. We ended up driving just a few minutes down the road for the larger public beach. The homes are also very close together. We heard the neighbors have a really good time late into the night both Friday and Saturday. Not anything anyone had any control over. There were plenty of towels and basic needs supplies (soap, toiletries, paper towel, etc). The all season pool was amazing! There was only one wine glass which I thought was strange but not a huge deal. Overall a great stay!

All amenities were as promised and more than sufficient for our group of 3 families with 4 young children. Owner is very responsive. Easy walk to one pool. We rented golf cart but only used it once. Easy drive to town and beaches. Everything appeared very clean, however I agree with another reviewer that mentioned floors for crawling toddlers could use some additional cleaning. We had a good vacation and would stay again.

Kids love the pool and video games. Adults loved the comfy beds!Overall we had a super time!

Property was well maintained and had everything we needed. Check-in was very easy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The grandkids really enjoyed the toys! House is located near many beaches and downtown south haven. It was nice being able to use the chairs, wagon, beach toys, cooler, noodles, etc located in the garage. Only thing that we had to do was mop the floors when we got there. We had a 15 month old who still crawls and her knees and hands were black after a few minutes. We were able to clean up quickly with the stiffer wet jet in the closet. Probably would not have noticed if it weren’t for a crawling baby. Otherwise the house was perfect!

Wonderful stay, and the golf cart was a great addition to our vacation

We really enjoyed the location of the house and size of house and all the amenities. The manager was extremely helpful and even mailed me a packing case I left on the premises. We also had a lot of fun with the golf cart rental!

House is clean and plenty big fornthe family. The house are a little too close to each other however the whole neighborhood is quiet so wa not a big deal. Would recommend this property and would rent again for sure.

Very nice property and location. Russ was easy to reach and he answered any questions we had. The only snag was that the hot tub cover was broken and we couldn't use it. It would have been nice due to the cooler weather. However, we would stay here again.

This place is so well thought out. Amenities are great! House is perfect. We had a fantastic week.

Everything about the home was great - stocked with the basics but the owners went above and beyond by having so many games, movies and beach toys on hand. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for hanging out and cooking. It is a short walk/golf cart ride to a beach but it is a very small public beach. I recommend renting the golf cart to go a little further to North Beach where there is plenty of space. Community pool was clean and large - a great option for those who want a break from the lake.

Fun Haven was just what we hoped it would be. A house with family friendly amenities, a community with pools and a quick drive to the North Beach. Our family of grandparents, parents and children enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful trip! The house was beautiful and in a great location! We loved the amenities of the neighborhood and the owners were very responsive!

Nice place, nice neighborhood. Houses are a bit close, but no issues. Lots of things to do nearby. Pool was great, hot tub was nice but could have been warmer. It’s a neighborhood thing, so no control of that. Golf cart was great for going to the beach. Would return.
