Fun Guest Quarter With Bathroom Available For Rent Close To Downtown Bend.

My daughter and I stayed here for a concert and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. There were bikes available that we used to get to the concert. San was so nice and friendly. Would stay again!

The property was very clean and quiet, close to everything we were doing. Overall stay was wonderful and will totally stay there again

The check in was quick and easy and safe; the location couldn't of been better; within walking and biking distance of anywhere we wanted to go that wasn't out in the mountains; The room and bathroom are so beautifully done, as were the outdoor spaces, and there were bikes for the summer and snow shoes for the winter that we could use. Sam even included helmets and bike locks( we brought some almond just in case!) And his dahlias were in bloom and gorgeous! He cut some and placed in our room. Lovely and thoughtful! And we sat in the cool old ski lift chairs made into porch swings. There was shampoo, conditioner, even make up remover wipes! phone chargers for both android and iPhones, comfortable bed and a mini fridge. Thought of all the little things to make the stay better. It is attached to his home, so there are some sounds of living, but wasn't a big deal and didn't interfere with our stay. Just an FYI for some, which I think he is forthcoming about and offers to be reached if it becomes a problem. Would def come back to Sams spot!

Clean, well appointed, convenient

This is a great little place to stay. The room appeared to be new. It was clean, tidy and provided everything I needed for my stay. The bed included different kinds of pillows to accommodate all sleepers. The location was excellent!

Sam was attentive from the very beginning all the while allowing complete privacy. The unit itself was very clean, well done and quiet. The bathroom is very well appointed. Sam was ready with anything I needed and offered up places to go and things to do once he knew my itinerary. I look forward to staying again! You are just a couple of blocks from Drake park and all of the shops and restaurants in Old Town Bend. Don't miss the Looney Bean coffee shop just a 5 minute walk. I worked on my laptop while sitting on the large riverside lawn in an Adirondack chair. I could go on and on!

Even though we only stayed 1 night, we were very impressed with the guest quarter and all it had to offer. The room was like an updated modern hotel with the bonus of darts, corn hole, and outdoor hangout area. Also, the location to downtown was great. We could not have asked for more and hope to stay again on. Future visit!
