Fun Amenities at this Centrally Located KC Home!

We mostly needed a place with beds, and this sufficed. Old house with some strategic upgrades. Served us for the weekend.

Plenty of room for the six of us and a cool area for games and hanging out.

Great family home for all ages!

We always love when a rental feels like a home away from home and this place exceeded our expectations. We traveled with our family of 7 including kids aged 14-25 & 2 dogs to attend the Chiefs game on Christmas Day. First of all - the layout of the house is perfect for a group or large family. There was plenty of room for everyone and we never felt crowded. The overall decor was so clean and modern yet warm and cozy. It had all the perfect touches to make it feel like we were staying at a friend’s house. The owner decorated for the holidays & we even had a beautiful tree to enjoy. The beds were comfortable, we had everything we could possibly need and we loved the massage chair, ping pong table and darts! The kitchen/living room was nice and open and ideal for hanging out with the family. Our dogs loved the big, fenced backyard and we only wish it had been summer because it is a great spot! We had a minor hot water issue but the owner quickly resolved it and was so helpful and friendly. Communication was excellent and we had easy access to the home ahead of our arrival. The neighborhood can look sketchy but we had zero issues and the house is equipped with lots of cameras and safety measures. If we’re ever back in KC this will be our spot! Go Chiefs! ❤️?

Close to everything fun in KC. Lots of space, clean, and fun things at the house. Great backyard too!

We stayed here as a family, all adults, to attend the Billy Joel/Stevie Nicks concert. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The home as a whole had plenty of space for gathering, and alone time. The entertainment space was a lot of fun for all of us.

It was a great house for our group! It was easy to check in and out. The amenities and space were awesome for our teens and adults.

We had a great experience with our stay. The property served the purpose of what we were wanting. Was a bit hesistant about the neighborhood, but did not have any problems.

Our group loved this house - plenty of room, very clean, and nicely decorated. It was very homey and the beds were great. The kitchen had what we needed, and we enjoyed the patio sets in the back yard. All around, we had a great experience staying here.

It was a great stay! Perfect for our family. Very clean and a lot of extras made it so we had a lot of fun. The games made it easy to be able to stay and have fun since the weather wasn’t very good and going out at night wasn’t an option due to having a small child. Also, being able to cook there without buying a bunch of condiments, etc really saved money. I loved the beds, pillows and towels. We will be back.
