This was the PERFECT place to stay for our get away. The house was so charming and comfortable. Clean and inviting. The neighborhood was excellent and so quiet. it was so relaxing to start and end our day here. We would stay here again

Very clean, well decorated farmhouse style cottage.

Everything was fine but there needs to be a clock in the living room and an illuminated clock in each bedroom so you can check the time during nighttime in the dark.

Great place! Comfy and cozy. Absolutely loved the bird and deer feeders! Will stay here again for sure!

This property was adorable inside and very clean. However the neighbors not so nice and clean, the photos were a bit misleading for that and I wouldn’t really consider this walking distance to Main Street.The real issue we had with the home was the air conditioning. It was end of May and around 100 degrees out. The AC just cannot keep up. It was so warm we left a night early because even after purchasing our own fans for the room, the house just wasn’t comfortable. I reached out to the property management the next day and have received no response. Again, cute and clean home but wouldn’t recommend for a summer stay.

Oh my, where to start? The decor in this house grabs you the second you walk in the door. Every room was decorated to make you feel beyond welcomed. I can't speak highly enough of the charm here. The furniture in the living was very comfortable. The beds were so comfortable we all overslept both days. The only drawback was the burn ban and me arguing with the other guests that we were NOT burning in the fire pit. Being a fire chief I was not going to lose that argument...lol. I HIGHLY recommend Fulton House for your next stay. An amazing place!!!

We love walking. We found the bridge to get us into the shopping area faster, and all the amenities at the house were great! We cooked in twice and all we needed was there!

Great place! Really enjoyed our stay! One issue was the slippery bath tub….really needs a mat! Otherwise, lots of fun & very comfortable! Great kitchen!

Fulton house very cozy! Nice location near a park and within walking distance to downtown. Had ants on kitchen trash can and our lockbox batteries ran down and could not get in the second evening. Had quick repair! I would change decor by the toilet.. all wall hangings were very tasteful with the exception of one by the toilet. Even my husband was surprised!! Overall .. nice!?

The Fulton House is a gem! Super clean, very well maintained, comfortable furniture and bedding. Super close to Main Street which has great restaurants, some with live music, and fun shopping. So happy with our experience!

Absolutely beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Top notch decor inside; comfortable beds and overall cozy Christmas feel for a weekend stay leading up to the holidays. Will definitely seek out Absolute Charm for our next Fredericksburg stay.

We really enjoyed this cozy house near downtown Fredericksburg. The interior was extremely well done and the beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and plan on staying here again.

This was the perfect house for our girls' weekend! Well decorated and had everything we needed. Comfy beds and even stocked with snacks & chocolate! Highly recommend!
