Stayed Jan 1, 2026Nice home close to the stadiums. Had a smoke alarm that was beeping/chirping every 20 seconds in the main living area. Let the host know and unfortunately it was never fixed.

Stayed Oct 18, 2025Let me start with the pros of the property. It is the perfect location for a short walk to the AT&T stadium if you are attending the Cowboys game or any other event. The house was great and fit our needs perfectly. For the cons, the lawn was atleast 1.5 feet tall and full of sticker burs which was totally unacceptable. Also, once we arrived at the property and looked at the guest rules, the first item listed was that there was absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere on the property and you shouldn’t rent this property if you smoke. This was not mentioned on the VRBO listing, only stated that no smoking was allowed which normally means inside the home. In my opinion, this should be in the listing description, not mentioned after you have rented the home and have already arrived. My granddaughter was going to sleep on the sleeper sofa in the rec room but when we opened it up it was full of bugs and we couldn’t find any linens for it. You should also be aware that there is a camera on the back deck so you are being watched anytime you are out there.

Stayed Mar 12, 2024Overall the stay was good! Location was close to the stadiums and theme park. There were a few minor issues we'll bring up to the host, but nothing that would deter us from staying again. A solid 4.5 stay for sure! Would definitely book again.
