Fully Remodeled St Petersburg Home w/ Private Pool

Spacious for family, pool, convenient

The place is great but the mattresses are very uncomfortable.

I don’t even know where to start! This was our first VRBO that we have ever used and I have to say, this property set the bar high. Among many things that made this place memorable was how incredibly clean it was. TV’s in each of the 3 rooms, very comfortable beds and linens. 2 full baths, amazing. Use of washer and dryer, and of course the pool. I would kill for that fridge! Nice quiet neighborhood (until my grandchildren showed up anyway). All in all it was an amazing experience and we would like to come back.

House was cute and mostly clean. Beds were incredibly firm, which wasn’t for us. Pool was nice, y heated but perfect size for floating. Didn’t seem the sheets were washed prior to our arrival (stains and hairs all over fitted sheets), but we were able to wash in the washer and they were fine. Overall good stay for the price.

Property was clean and has a ton of amenities. Property manager was quick to reply and let us check in early. Close to beaches and lots of restaurants. Pool area was nice and screened in which was a plus.

Clean well kept property. Master bath paint worn. Any issues reported to owner were minor. DO NOT impact stay.Heat in June and lack of places to walk beyond owners control unless they wanted to add a treadmill.

Close to anything you might need. Nice neighborhood.

We loved our stay here for a girls trip to St. Pete! Everything was super clean and fresh when we arrived, and if anything came up the property manager was very attentive! Would stay here again.

House was perfect for our family of four. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to so many beaches, Gulf Blvd, Fort DeSoto, etc. Pool was not heated and there was not a high chair, travel crib, playground or games as listed. However, those are minor details. Happy with our stay at this house!

Pool pump non functioning. Pool not heatedHad to purchase extra spoons and plates for guests. Weeds growing on top of roof and covering to pool.No dressers in rooms or place to put suitcases. Easy access to house. The manager was very available via phone. She sent pots and pans that were needed. Indoor furniture and beds were comfortable. Garage was not available for storage.

My family really enjoyed our visit to Fl for the first time and the home was amazing! Highly recommend. The manager was quick to help with all our needs!

It’s a nice house with ample room and the decor was lovely. The kids loved the pool. The overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Trash left in both bathroom bins, hair/sand in the tub, floors full of sand and bits (we had to sweep) and the bed linens were still very damp. We had to wash all of the dishes before we could use them as they still had food debris on them. It would have been much better had there been (more) provisions as far as dishes, cooking pans/bake sheets and simple pantry/ food items such as basic pantry provisions It looks like a starter rental - which is great - but a few more amenities would have made this a 4+. I had emailed the host several days before we arrived and I never heard anything back. I didn’t receive any check in info until well after check in time - I had to call the management company - who were very helpful at that time - but it was a frustrating hassle as we were very tired and travel worn. Thank you
