Stayed Mar 20, 2025We enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and accommodating. The house was walking distance to Dickie’s Arena, about a 20 minute drive to the stockyards, and quick drive to restaurants and shops. The driveway was able to easily park two vans without opening the gate. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

Stayed Feb 26, 2025This is a stellar property that is minutes away from the Dickies and the Will Rogers. The house has everything you could possibly need. It was very very clean and the owner was very easy to get a hold of. I will book this property back for sure. It seemed like a very safe neighborhood, it was very quiet. The driveway is a little tight for larger vehicles but still worth it. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Stayed Dec 18, 2024We had a wonderful time, the back porch was a favorite spot. Watching the fish feed at night via the green light in the canal off the back porch was also fun.

Stayed Sep 26, 2024My college girlfriends and I (5 total) enjoyed staying here for our annual reunion. Two shared the master and the other three had her own room and it worked perfectly. The house could have easily accommodated more (but the other three in our group couldn't make it). Had they been able to join us, there would still be plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances all in great working order. Bedrooms and bathrooms also well stocked with linens, towels, tp, tissue, shampoo, etc. I was local so packed extra of paper goods and some kitchen items, and I'm am excited to say, none was needed. House was very clean, check-in and check-out directions were clear and all communication with the host was easy. Location was great! About a 10 minute easy drive to the Stockyards, but what's even better was we were in walking distance to Dickie's Arena where we all went to our first PBR event. YeeHaw! Would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 24, 2024The house was clean and in a safe neighborhood. It was perfect for our event at the Will Rogers Coliseum. My big complaint is there was definitely not room to park a truck in the driveway. The road parking would have been fine but there was a truck parked in front of the house for our entire stay. Other than the parking issue it was the perfect house.

Stayed Jun 24, 2024We stayed here while our daughter was competing at an event at the Will Rogers Memorial Center. This home is large and nicely kept up. Clean, with tons of towels to last our group for a long time. It is just a few blocks from the Will Rogers Center, which was great for us. And the A/C worked great for us midwesterners that are not used to the Texas heat. Property management did a great job with communication and were very timely with any questions we had. We would definitely book this home again.

Stayed May 23, 2024The home is very clean, well stocked with thoughtful items, and in a wonderful neighborhood. The management company was amazing with their communication, and quickly answered all my questions. The beds were very comfy, and the house had a home feel to it. The home was less than a 10 minute walk to Dickie’s Arena, and the perfect location for our graduation weekend. The antique mall down the street was a great bonus!
