Fully remodeled downtown home with enclosed yard, fireplace, game room & deck

Great spot for the family - nicely renovated and the shop was really handy for storing and working on our bikes. The communication with the vacasa rental company was slower than I’d like but all else on the rental was great.

There was a plumbing issue and the property manager solved the situation quickly and efficiently. Very happy with all the communications and the house.

Great place near downtown Bentonville. Property is on a quiet street which made for peaceful evenings. Beds were comfortable, overall the house everything you need including a garage if you want to lock up some motorcycles or mountain bikes. Two thumbs up.

Beautiful, comfortable home. I struggled with the keyless entry code, seemed to time out before I got all numbers in. This was minor s place is perfect.

The location is amazing. Walking distance to Airship Coffee (10 minutes) and about 15 minutes to the trails around Crystal Bridges. Very cute interior and a nice layout. Great outdoor space and kitchen. The only issue was that the house wasn't clean when we arrived. It wasn't filthy that we could see, but all the beds had been slept in and there were used towels in both bathrooms. We had to get ready for an event we were attending that evening -- we had plenty of towels so that was ok. The property was cleaned while we were out that evening which we appreciated. It would have been nice to have been offered something in compensation, but we were not.

Great location, a quiet neighborhood and a clean, well equipped house. We had a storm come through and some tree limbs fell. The rental manager was there the next morning to clean up so we could enjoy the yard. The Sinatra decorations were fun.

Perfect place for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Each boy had their own room and the parents were on the other side of the house. Very clean and newly updated. Excellent linens. Comfortable climate control.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do, but still quiet and relaxing. The decor was super cute and thoughtfully put together, giving the space a warm and welcoming vibe. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and it was clear the host takes great care of the place. There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the basics (and then some), which made it really easy to cook when we wanted to stay in. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!

The house is in a very nice residential small town feel part of town. The house is clean and well equipped if you want to cook or just hang out. Garage play room was a little warm with the heat. We had a storm blow through and quite a few limbs fell. The property manager was very quick to come over and had help to clean up.

We had a great stay at The Sinatra in Bentonville. The place was spotless and well-appointed. Communications and instructions were timely and thorough. It took us a couple of days to realize the garage in the back yard was part of the rental. It's got plenty of space for multiple bikes and even a bike work stand and few, basic tools. There's also a foosball table and cornhole in the garage.

The place was in a great location on a side street not far from Main St and also super location for trail access. The house was adorable, had ample space, was clean. We missed out on the ping-pong table that was advertised though! And, it would be nice to maybe have a space heater in the garage/game room area?

We had 3 of us in town to go mountain biking. Proximity to the trails is great. We were a short 5 minute pedal to All American, and only about 20 minute pedal from Coler Mountain. Also easy to pedal into town, allowing us to ditch the car for a week. House was clean and spacious enough for our group. Backyard proved useful for bike storage.

we enjoyed our stay at the Sinatra very much. It was very clean and well put together with all of the amenities that we needed. The Wi-Fi was a little bit spotty, and one of the showers only had one door. However, the place overall was great, and the location was top-notch for us.

Great house in great town!

This Vacasa home was absolutely perfect for our stay! Two of us were traveling for business in the downtown area. Located in a quiet neighborhood with many updated homes, including this one, it offered the best of both worlds: peace and proximity to downtown Bentonville. The house was exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated, creating a welcoming, atmosphere. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the beds were especially cozy, ensuring we got great rest. If you’re looking for a well-appointed place near all the action in Bentonville, this home is an excellent choice. Highly recommend! BTW: I’m a STR design expert who owns a business and was impressed with this updated home.

Nice vacation rental. Clean, great location for mountain biking. Suggest a grill and bike wash station as improvements. No complaints, would recommend.

The Sinatra is exactly as described and a very enjoyable home. My wife and I had a very relaxed visit and would do it all again.

The Sinatra house was very clean when we arrived. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood about a five minute drive from the downtown square. It was perfect for two couples! We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for our son’s parent weekend for the University of Arkansas. We always love staying in Bentonville to get away from the crowds of Fayetteville. Super close to Crystal Bridges and downtown. Beautiful and updated. Highly recommended!!
