Stayed Aug 29, 2025Home is updated and very clean and comfortable. Canal access and docking for our boat was a requirement. You have to drive to a public launch not within walking distance. This forced us to bring an additional vehicle but not a deal breaker since we live about 70 minutes away. It does take some time to get out into the gulf from the house due to shallow waters and sea grass but I enjoy the ride.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025This home was the perfect resting place after our cruise. The outdoor space was perfect for the adults who wanted to rest outside but away from the sun in the screened in porch or the teens who wanted to fish off the deck. The location was great considering the main road leading to the property Tom you north to Crystal River for the manatee seekers or south to the beach. There were plenty of stores and restaurants close to the property as well. If we’re back in the area we will definitely look to rent this home again. Kim was so easy to work with and her neighbors in the community were friendly as well!
