Furnished and utilities included in our cozy, brand-new home in Spring! Built in mid-Aug 2025 not even a month old! Equipped with new appliances and furniture to make you feel comfortable and at home, I furnish this home as if I live here myself. It's located in a safe and peaceful cul-de-sac neighborhood, about 7 miles from IAH Airport, very convenient. The community is full of nice and friendly folks. Comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 1 king and 2 queen beds with a comfortable memory foam mattress for relaxing and better sleep at night. I recently installed remote ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms (in addition to central AC unit) to make your stay even more cooling and comfortable in the summer months. Also, we placed a new 65-inch TV, fast Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchen, walk-in closet in each bedroom, onsite laundry makes it convenient. In addition, a private backyard that is perfect for kids and pets to freely run around and play soccer or catch, etc. and best of all, no need to pay for parking! By the way, I will pay for all utilities (water, trash, lawncare, electricity, gas, etc.).
