Fully furnished townhome with beach equipment, 1 block from the beach access!

Fully stocked with every thing we needed! My girls loved all the mermaid decor!

The house was exactly as advertised. Perfect for our stay. Even had coffee pods, cream, and sugar!!! Made my crowd happy!

Check-in was a breeze, which made arrival really easy. Parking right in front of the house was perfect and very convenient. There was plenty of space for all guests, and having three bathrooms was a big plus.The home itself is a bit dated, but the location is lovely. It’s close to the port and major stores, which made getting around simple.There were a few areas that could use some attention. The bathroom in the room with two beds could benefit from a deeper clean, especially the grout lines near the toilet, which were noticeably yellowing. The towels are quite worn, with pilling and pulls. The home also felt darker than expected, as it doesn’t get much natural sunlight compared to the photos.

Close to the cruise port, house was clean and had plenty of space. Hosts were the most responsive hosts I’ve experienced.

Very easy access to the dwelling.Location was perfect,we were leaving for a cruise the next morning and were less than 10 min from the port. The beds were comfy and the place was very clean. Loved the back roof over patio.

The place was extremely dirty. Bathrooms were not clean. Hair on the floor. Toothpaste in the sink. Sheets for the pull out couch did not appear to be washed. There was hair inside multiple beds. Towels and other linens were old. Pillow had blood on it. My daughter’s feet were black after walking barefoot in the condo it was so dirty. Remote control batteries were dead. We did find more luckily.

Excellent space and close to the beach

Perfect place to stay for one night before our cruise. Host was accommodating to our schedule, allowing us to drop our bags in the garage before the house was ready for us. Beds were hard, but for one night it wasn’t an issue. Cute little screened in porch off the back. Easy walk to the beach. We walked the beach to the pier - about 1.8 miles.

The Host was extremely helpful. This was my first time using vrbo, and I was very nervous. The Host answered all of my questions and put me at ease.

Wish there would’ve been a queen size bed in the other bedroom. There was no pillow on my bed.

Loved every minute we stayed here! There were leftover clothes and food in some of the dresser drawers, and the railing on the stairs in the house were so spread apart my 18 month old could fit through and fall through them. Other than that everything was perfect! Loved the access to the beach and the equipment that was included.

Perfect house for a beach vacation or pre/post cruise! The pictures don’t do justice for how spacious it is! 3 adults and 3 kids all fit with extra room to spare. Quiet neighborhood and super close to the beach. Loved having a washer & dryer - the dryer dried super fast. Kids loved the ping pong table in the garage. Even though we didn’t get to use them, the garage was also stocked with things for the beach! We only had it booked for 1 night but will absolutely book it again for our next cruise (and hopefully have a few days before the cruise to enjoy the beach) if it’s available!

The house was clean, great space. Nice bedrooms with their own bathroom. Ourdoor space is a nice place to relax.

The bed are extremely uncomfortable, there were no sheets, blankets, or pillows, for the pull out which almost swallowed my child whole when she was trying to crawl into it. The pillows we did have were flat and smelled like mothballs or some unpleasant chemical. Not enough towels for all of us to shower the next morning (6 of us). This house needs some major up keep as some of the closet doors are missing slats and general not well kept for guest. Lots of fun things to do in the house with games, dart board, ping pong which is a good thing because you are not sleeping. We were only there for the one night before boarding cruise ship but thank god. I could not/ would not, have stayed another night. The location was perfect for what we were doing but knowing what I know now I will pay the extra 20 to stay in one of the newer hotels in the same area.

It was just a real quick stay. Arrived around midnight and left aroung 9am the next day. It was a very comfortable place. Had everything we needed.

We had a very good time at this property. It was very nice, comfortable, nice neighbors, and great location. We loved that it was just a short walk to the beach.

This is an amazing rental property! The host communicated quickly from the get-go, and even kindly let us check in early when our flights got moved up. The property is spacious and beautiful, they had all kinds of activities to keep us busy (toys, board games, bikes, pingpong table, beach necessities). We were a very short walk from the beach, a medium walk from a grocery market, amd the neighborhood was beautiful for walking. The neighbors were also super friendly. We would absolutely book here again.

My friend and I came to cocoa beach for the airshow. We loved the house ! It has everything you need. The backyard, where we spent most of our time if we were home is so cozy with all of the lights. The location is perfect. So close to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. Definitely recommend going to the pier when visiting! Also if you want to sit outside by the water and enjoy good food, live music and pelicans go to a Gators! Lastly the hosts were so welcoming and easy to contact! We are planning a trip for next year and definitely look forward to using this house again!

We loved this property. Plenty of room for the four adults and two children. Close to stores and restaurants but the neighborhood is very quiet and very close beach access.

We stayed a night before heading out on a cruise. The location was perfect! The home was perfect for our needs and had everything you could think of! I contacted the host once with a question and he responded almost immediately! I would definitely recommend this property and when we come back to Cocoa, I’d love to stay here again!! Stayed the night before a cruise. Very well priced for the entire family, we would have needed 2 hotel rooms. Very clean and accommodating! Block and a half from the beach entrance for an evening walk to and down the beach! Just minutes from the port. Will definitely look to stay again if cruising out of Canaveral!

Stay was good, but could have been better because of the extreme noise of the ac.

My family and I spent 5 days here, and we didn’t want it to end! Cozy, quiet, neighbors are super nice, and it had everything we needed after long days at the beach. Will most definitely be trying to book again next year!

My experience with this house was exactly as I expected. There were two couples and we all were very comfortable with seating and the layout of the rooms. The house was immaculate and well stocked with the necessities. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place near attractions, shopping and the beach.
