Stayed Jul 16, 2025Very clean. Well appointed. Near the beach and was a quick walk with easy access. The surprise we had was there is a beach wagon a couple of chairs, beach umbrella, and beach toys for kids. Would certainly start here again!

Stayed May 5, 2025Our stay at Basecamp was most enjoyable with it being a very relaxing space. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and plenty big for our needs, it was nicely appointed with some extras to make it feel more like home, the location was very convenient to all of our primary activities, the owners were responsive and very friendly and we spent a lot of time at the table on the outdoor patio with it being a very serene place to spend our evenings. Basecamp was a wonderful fit for my family and I. Thanks so much, Brandon and Morgan, for making our Cocoa Beach vacation so positively memorable.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025This was our second time staying at Brandon’s place. It is a great location, in a nice neighborhood, just a couple minute walk to the beach. Brandon is a great host, who wants his guests to have the best experience possible..We loved walking on the beautiful beach every day, hitting many of the local bars and restaurants for happy hour and dinner, and also just chilling and grilling in the spacious back yard. Thanks, Brandon for another great February in Cocoa Beach!

Stayed Mar 10, 2025My husband and I stayed 3 nights in March. The house is very comfortable and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the large outdoor patio and private back yard. It is a short walk to the beach. I would stay again.
