Stayed Oct 9, 2025Great location! Easy walk to downtown to explore shops & restaurants. Close to university as well. The beds were very comfortable & each room has a smart tv. Kitchen had everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Oct 3, 2025My husband and I were traveling with our youngest adult son. We are all tall and having 2 king suites was perfect for us! The attention to detail was perfect. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations! We are planning on coming back next year and will not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you Sandra for being a great host!

Stayed May 7, 2025I traveled with my daughter & her fiancé for my son’s college graduation (Go Griz). The space seemed intentionally designed for privacy. Bedrooms/bathrooms had pocket door creating a private suite. Kitchen was immaculate and well appointed. Big comfy couch. High end washer/dryer. Fans in vaulted ceilings were silent and effective. Everything was brand new.

Stayed Jan 11, 2025The place is a brand new ADU above a detached garage. It’s very clean with a comfortable space for relaxing. Easy walk to the Hip Strip and Downtown with a grocery store a block away. The owner was extremely quick to respond and available for any questions.
