Fully Detached 4 Bedroom House in Kitchener

House worked perfect for what we needed fo the weekend, clean and spacious.

Terrific Host! Beautiful and comfortable house. Garage is tight but a smaller car will have no problem. Would stay here again if I came back.

The place was bright and spacious. It was generally clean, although there were some areas that were missed - spots on the night table in the primary bedroom and some stains on the linen. The kitchen was beautiful but unfortunately not well supplied for cooking. We tried to get information ahead of time as to supplies, but were generally left guessing what we would need to bring. Still the stay was generally very positive until we were surprised by a 1400 charge on our credit card for a broken table reported by the cleaning staff. Nothing was broken during our stay, and this fact has been communicated to the host, but he has not yet responded to us. It seems we will have to file a dispute for the charge with the credit card company. This has been very stressful and upsetting. I am still hoping there was just some misunderstanding and the host will attempt to rectify the situation.

We had a great stay at Sachins home. New home with lots of space. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well. There is a keirig but no perk coffee maker. Bring tea towels and wash cloths plus salt/pepper etc.We will be back.Ken

Space is amazing. Big bedrooms, lots of bathrooms but cleanliness was lacking. People have obviously mistreated the space so there are marks on every wall and door and the cleaners cut corners everywhere. It was very disappointing. Also if you plan to cook bring what you need. Listing says spices. There was salt. There were no drinking glasses, only wine glasses and coffee cups. No knives to prepare food. Communication could have been better. So close to being a great stay but some of the details put a damper on things.

The home is big and beautiful with comfy beds and lots of seating. The chef’s kitchen is awesome and would be a great place to cook if it had the tools to allow that. If you are planning to cook you must bring your own tools including baking dishes, mixing bowls and even a can opener which are not supplied in the house. Otherwise, it is a fantastic space that is perfect for a relaxing time way.

It was the perfect quiet place for my family and brides maids to stay and get ready in the morning of my wedding. The living room and kitchen are nice and spacious with plenty of seating. Beautiful bright bedrooms, ginormous master ensuite and closet as well. There was also plenty of space and quiet for my baby nephew even with the rest of us.

Excellent home

Due to weather our flight was cancelled so my husband and I did not get to stay overnight but my son and his family did. They said it was a good location and they had everything they needed for the overnight stay. The only thing that would have made it better is if there were batteries in the TV remote control.

The house was immaculate and spacious! Perfect for our getaway! The only comment is a few extra blankets would be nice for sitting on the couch in the evenings.

Immaculate, clean house!! Property owner was very pleasant to deal with.. very prompt in replying to my messages.. myself and my family really enjoyed our stay! 5+++ review!!

Me and my family can't thank enough Sachin for accommodating us! We were in Kitchener for our daughter’s wedding and Sachin made it possible for us to do have unforgettable time! We felt like at home! House was great, clean, very spacious! Great location for us! Thank you for everything!
