Full House with 2-Master Bed/Bathrooms - 4-Bedrooms 3-Bathrooms

When i say i enjoyed every minute of this stay and i will definitely be back..

House was perfect for our visit to see our daughter at Coastal Carolina. The kitchen was well equipped to cook for my daughter and her friends who wanted a home cooked meal after eating dining hall food for the past three months. The house was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we visit

I loved everything about the property. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. The owner had excellent communication. Although I never spoke with him personally, as I didn’t need to because he communicated everything I needed before I left my house for the trip. Which I feel like was awesome. He left no questions unanswered in the welcome email and book. I will definitely stay here again and again and again. I highly recommend this property to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. The instruction packet was very helpful, and the host was responsive. The location was also perfect for visiting CCU and the areas attractions. We would stay here again!

Once again we really enjoyed our stay in your home. This was our second time here and we visited the beach this time and it was great. We even enjoyed feeding the ducks out back.

This was a work trip for 5 adults all family that was here for the craftsman classic at the convention center this weekend. The house was great, clean, and location was great too. We will keep your house in mind for next year. Thank you.

House is nice, in a quiet neighborhood

We made last-minute plans to head to the beach to celebrate my son’s 29th birthday with some Top Golf, good food, and family time.Shaun’s place was just as described — clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location. It gave us the feeling of being away from the busy beach scene when we wanted to relax, but we were still close enough to easily jump back into the action when we were ready.We also enjoyed the company of ducks, geese, and a few friendly cats around the property! The ducks and geese are clearly used to being fed but were never aggressive if you chose not to engage.Highly recommend staying here if available — you won’t be disappointed!

My son and his girlfriend are juniors at Coastal Carolina University. We are from Williamsport, PA. My husband and I try to visit once each semester…. Usually over Easter but my husband couldn’t make the trip this year SO my cousin and I decided to make it girls trip.We loved the house, we ate, shopped, played games and cooked some homemade meals for the kids.The location is perfect for us. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful house with us. We enjoyed sitting out back and being visited by ducks, turtles and a couple geese.

The house was a great location and a great value. There was plenty of room in the house with the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We were there to watch Coastal Carolina baseball, so being only 10 minutes from the school was perfect. With the new roads that are completed, you can get to the school without going on the 501.

We enjoyed our weekend stay in Myrtle Beach at this home that turned out to be just down the street from our family friends we were visiting. It was clean and welcoming and helped my whole family get much needed rest. Thank you!

We where here for work and this place met all our needs , had a home away from home. Nice neighborhood and felt secure which means alot to my co workk

This is a great looking home. The pictures on the website are true to form. The neighborhood seems to be a little run down. Doublewide trailer, stick homes and cars everywhere. But our main issue was the bugs. Upon our arrival we notice roach traps in the kitchen that were placed the day before our arrival. But it was to late. Invest in an exterminator and this will be a great home away from home for someone.

Very nice and surprisingly spacious. Friendly neighbors and overall a lovely house. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Clean, convenient and well supplied, the property was as presented on VRBO. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Very close to lots of retail and restaurants.

Overall our stay here from July 12-14, 2024 was nice. The downfall was the bugs (roaches) we noticed the next morning after our arrival. There are quite a few cats in the neighborhood. We are dog lovers. The location was great alot of activities to partake in over the weekend. Beach wasnt to far away. The house was surprisingly spacious. I wouldn’t have a problem returning only if the house is fogg and bomb.

The house was decorated in a nice beach theme house was clean adequate dishes pots pans for cooking grills available although I didnt use them.lake behind the house with ducks very nuce view my host even notified me that my daughter left her bank card great host Im impressed parking adequate. I recommend his property.

We enjoyed our stay. The homeowners are great with communication. It was a short drive to all the attractions and the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly book the house again on our next vacation to Myrtle beach. There was plenty room for all the adults and kids to have their own space and for us all to be together. We even had a couple visits from the ducks and geese while there. The kids really enjoyed seeing them up close and personal. It was a short drive to all the attractions and restaurants and beach’s in and around the Myrtle beach area.

Good location nice place. the only this is with the no shoes I would have expected the carpets not to be stained and look a little old.
