The house was beautiful and spacious for 4 families. We enjoyed the pool/spa and back patio area. The location to the river is convenient. We will definitely stay again!

The location is wonderful and the house fit our families. The house needs some TLC. Had an issue with wasps. Two grandsons were stung in their head. Door shelves missing in both refrigerators. Everything is fixable.

Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year staying in this house, we absolutely loved it and had a blast. house is a beautiful and roomy. Unfortunately the river level was down, so we spent more time in the pool than the river. Frio premier was very accommodating, we had a water heater heater issue one morning, and they were there to fix it within 10 mins of calling. We will definitely be going back.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was peaceful and loved the distance to the Frio. It is far enough back to have privacy from loud music and river parties but close enough to walk to the river. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is even a bathroom outside to use when at the pool all day. The infinity edge is a nice touch. Hot tub heated up quickly and the pool was chilled even in the heat of the summer. A tree hangs over the pool providing the perfect level of shade from the sun. Inside the house there are 2 large fridges which was plenty of refrigeration space for the house. Beds were comfortable.
