Stayed Jun 21, 2024Perfect place for my 4 kids and to stay while we were in town for a Copa America soccer game. Close to everything, pool and spa were amazing, owner was very responsive to inquiries, and it is in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Stayed Jun 23, 2023We had a great time! The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and supplies. We all enjoyed the pool and the directions to the house were easy to follow. We felt safe in the neighborhood and were close to the farmers market and Pete’s Piano bar. Very nice!

Stayed Jan 6, 2023We were in town for FCS National football championship and wanted to be close to Toyota Stadium. Very easy to get to places we wanted to go. Enjoyed the hot tub and game room!

Stayed Nov 7, 2020I cannot say enough good things about this home. There were 6 of us who stayed there. Just trying to get creative about safe ways to be with friends during the virus. The home was PERFECT! So clean, enough space, lots of entertainment (with the game room and pool/jacuzzi), and a fully stocked kitchen. All of the beds were SO comfortable! There were plenty of towels to use, The pool and jacuzzi were AMAZING. We took a projector and had football watch in the jacuzzi. The water was clear and clean. Such a huge back yard with plenty of space for yard games. Also, Stephen was so kind, patient and responsive!!! I asked tons of questions (the educator in me) and he always responded in detail, and within like 15 min! He's so flexible and ready to please. I will DEFINITELY be recommending this property to others, and pushing to stay there again with my friends and family. Thank you, Stephen!

Stayed Oct 7, 2020Our family gathered here for a family wedding in McKinney. The house was very comfortable, and the backyard area with a pool, hot tub, tables and chairs, gazebo with swing, and grill was a perfect gathering space. Sunroom was a fun addition too with game tables. The pretty kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and kitchen gadgets so we cooked and ate all meals there. There was an abundance of pool towels, towels, pillows and bedding, plus a newer washer and dryer which was helpful. Owner was quick to respond to any question we had, and house was ready and clean when we arrived. We will come back again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Stephen was a great host. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The house was comfy and beautiful. The outside backyard is AMAZING. We will definitely be back.
