Stayed Dec 19, 2025Host was responsive and the property was clean, new and perfect for a basecamp to explore all Bella Vista and Bentonville had to offer. Had a great 25 mile MTB ride on the Back 40 loop leaving right from the property!!!

Stayed Oct 10, 2025Just as described! Quiet neighborhood, easy on and off to HWY 49. There are some curves getting to the property, but easy driving. Would book again. 3 adults staying for a class reunion.

Stayed Sep 4, 2025Nice updated house. Very clean. Convenient to get to where we needed to go during our stay. Neighborhood is a little run down which is at no fault of the owner. Quiet neighborhood. Check in process was easy. Host was very quick in her communication. Would stay again.
